Any advice please without being nasty as to how I can add blocking or nailers under these doors? I can’t screw into the joists under the floor there because they are too far under the floor.

Worked out in the sun yesterday. My shirt was being pulled by my overalls and didn’t notice it. Now today, it seems even worse. It itches but stings very bad. What’s going on? Any advice? Please help! I’m scared.
