What's the best approach for integrating a chatbot into an existing app?

I'm working on an app and want to integrate a chatbot that understands users' natural language requests and provides relevant, personalized responses based on existing data.

I already have a MongoDB database containing scraped content from various online sources.

What would be the best approach to build this?

RAG with embeddings and a vector database?

Querying MongoDB directly using filters?

An LLM with tool/function calling?

Or a hybrid approach?

I'm interested in how you'd design the architecture, retrieve relevant information, and generate accurate responses grounded in the available data.

What technologies and architecture would you recommend, and why? I'd appreciate hearing about your experience building similar systems.

Is the Data Science / Analytics field disappearing because of AI agents, or are there still opportunities?

Hi everyone,

I graduated in IT/Data Science and I’ve been trying to understand where the field is going. I genuinely enjoy working with data: analyzing patterns, exploring datasets, finding insights, building predictive models, and solving business problems through analytics.

However, when I look at job offers recently, I feel like many roles are shifting heavily toward AI agents, GenAI, RAG systems, and automation. I’m not saying this is a bad thing , I actually have experience with RAG and agentic AI and I’m still learning but I personally enjoy the data analysis/science side more than building AI agents all day.

I’m also noticing that because GenAI is relatively new, there are many people presenting themselves as experts after learning a few tools, and sometimes the discussions around it feel a bit exaggerated. I’m wondering how experienced people in the field see this.

-Are traditional Data Science, Data Analytics, BI, and Machine Learning roles still relevant in 2026 and beyond? Which industries or companies still have a strong need for these skills?

For people already working in data:

-What skills do you think are becoming essential for Data Scientists/Analysts because of AI?

What should someone learn to stay valuable in the next few years?

I’d really appreciate perspectives from people working in the field. I’m trying to understand how to adapt without abandoning the parts of data work that I actually enjoy.

2025 IT Engineering Graduate – How are people actually finding jobs in Tunisia?

Hi everyone,

I'm an IT engineer who graduated in 2025, and I've been looking for a job for a while now. I'm open to different roles as long as the salary is decent, the work environment is respectful, and there's a healthy work-life balance.

I've been applying through LinkedIn and company websites, but I feel like I'm missing something. It seems like some people find opportunities in ways that aren't obvious.

For those of you who found a job in Tunisia recently, how did you do it? Was it through networking, referrals, spontaneous applications, recruitment agencies, Facebook groups, or something else?

I'd really appreciate any advice or tips based on your experience. Thanks in advance!

What technical questions were you asked for an AI Engineer / Data Scientist entry-level interview?

Hi everyone,

I have a technical interview coming up for an AI Engineer / Data Scientist role. I'm a recent graduate with no full-time experience, only a few internships and personal projects.

For those who have been through similar interviews, what technical questions were you asked?

I'm especially interested in questions about:

\-Machine Learning fundamentals

\-Statistics and probability

\-SQL

\-Python coding

\-Data preprocessing and feature engineering

\-NLP / LLMs / RAG / GenAI (if applicable)

\-Model evaluation and metrics

\-Case studies or business problems

Anything that caught you off guard

I'd really appreciate hearing about your experience, even if it was just one or two memorable questions. It would help me know what to focus on during my preparation.

Thanks in advance!

[Routine Help] Has anyone actually improved old white stretch marks? Looking for real experiences.

I've had mature white stretch marks for years, and they're honestly all over my body: my stomach, back, hips, thighs, and other areas. They've become one of my biggest insecurities.

I've seen so many products online claiming to get rid of stretch marks, but it's hard to know what's real and what's just marketing.

I'm looking for honest experiences. Has anything actually made a noticeable difference for your old white stretch marks?

Natural oils or home remedies?

Creams or topical treatments?

Dermatological treatments (microneedling, lasers, RF, etc.)?

I'm not necessarily expecting them to disappear completely, but I'd love to know if anyone has managed to make them less noticeable.

Please share what worked (or didn't work), how many sessions or how long it took, and whether you think it was worth the money.

Thank you!

Do any creams or oils actually help reduce the appearance of blue/purple varicose veins

Hi, Are there any creams or oils that help reduce the appearance of blue/purple varicose veins?

I have visible veins on my legs and they make me feel self-conscious wearing shorts or dresses. I know creams probably can’t remove them completely, but I’m wondering if anything helps make them look less noticeable. Any experiences or recommendations?

Is it normal to be in your mid-twenties and never have been in a relationship?

I’m in my mid-twenties, and I’ve never been in a relationship. I’ve never had a guy tell me “I love you,” and I’ve never said it to anyone either.

Sometimes I wonder if this is normal or if I’m falling behind compared to other people my age. I know everyone has their own timeline, but it feels strange sometimes seeing people around me experience relationships while I have no experience at all.

I’m a pretty shy person, and I struggle a lot with self-confidence. The weird thing is that when someone shows interest in me, my first reaction is usually: “Why me? What does he see in me?” I end up doubting their feelings or assuming they can’t really be interested, and sometimes I push people away before anything even starts.

I’m curious: are there other people who reached their mid-twenties without ever having a relationship? How did you feel about it? Did you eventually find love, and how did you overcome the fear or insecurity that was holding you back?

I’d really appreciate hearing your experiences.

Does anyone else feel embarrassed about having an inactive Instagram?

I'm in my 20s, and I have an Instagram account with around 90 followers, no posts, and I'm barely active on it.

Whenever someone asks, "What's your Instagram?", I feel embarrassed and sometimes even say I don't have one because I'm worried they'll look at my profile and think I have no social life or that I'm boring.

I know social media isn't real life, but I can't help feeling judged because almost everyone I know seems to have hundreds of followers, posts, stories, and a much more active profile.

Has anyone else felt this way? If you have an inactive Instagram, have people ever actually judged you for it, or is this mostly in my head?
