Is what ive been told 3 times now, each time having to wait another 48 hours to call back.
"A cancelation ticket will be submitted to the shipping center, please allow 7 days for a response" What else could I do but wait the 7 days? I made the purchase with a gift card so I cant dispute the charge.
After the 7 days, "....3rd party seller...24-48 hours....", I then talk to a supervisor about the futility in trying to contact the seller for a third time, but theres nothing he can do but contact the seller for a refund and wait 24-48 hours
He repeats this a few times as I attempt to reason before he eventually hangs up on me, what am I supposed to do?
There was even a real petition to save the Catylist (of course I signed it)
