I’m seeing a few people saying they’re only they’ve been asked to prove a hardship for their disbursement. What’s going on? I had to hound them for my disbursement for my last class and on my portal, it shows as an advance instead of my regular stipend per course. Are they just not giving us our regular disbursement? No one should have to prove they need it
My son called the finance office because his account is showing past due but he has pending aid. He’s a first year student. He was told holds are lifted Mondays and Wednesdays and aid is disbursed Tuesdays and Thursdays. The person he spoke with said admissions should have already cleared the holds they have on new students. Whenever we call, one office blames the other office.
I’m planning on moving from t-mobile to AT&T. I loved T-Mobile until this year and my AT$T bill would be $100 less. My question is, it asks for my port information before even saying if I’m approved. My fear is porting then being denied. Could that happen?
Anyone else gone this long or longer with no response? I got an email from her supervisor, and I responded with questions and didn’t hear back from him either and this a month ago.

Last year, I referred my daughter to Chime as she started college. She received $100 after her school refund deposited and I received $100 for referring her. I did the same this week for my son who is starting college, but noticed that a school refund may now not count as a qualifying deposit. Did this change?
Just an update that some students are in the old system for some professors. My assignment wasn’t graded so I reached out to the professor and IT. Apparently, she was still in the old system so I didn’t see any of her welcome messages, videos, etc. Some students are still being moved to her course in the new system.
Is something happening with the school? I can’t reach anyone by phone, my advisor hasn’t responded in over a week, and I need answers to questions. This is my second class and it’s getting really frustrating

Has anyone been able to update to a new Bank Mobile account? I was told that as a result of the migration, a new bank Mobile account is required and I keep getting emails to add them when I already did when I first enrolled. Bank Mobile doesn’t recognize my school information

Apparently, advisors can’t see when refunds are disbursed and do not know when. This is the response I just received: The university can only provide the disbursement schedule that is submitted to the Center for Origination and Disbursement. To my knowledge, we are unable to provide an accurate estimate of when the funds will be received by the university to students. I can only provide the 30-45 day window from the start of course for aid to arrive.
I asked for an accurate disbursement schedule as the new portal reflects a schedule that reflects dates of which I am not enrolled. My advisor responded saying there won’t be an accurate schedule reflected. So are we just left in limbo? Also, my advisor never greets me in email, and is always condescending. I work in Higher Ed and am actually surprised by this tone.
Anyone else get an email to update your housing information or else financial aid won’t be awarded? Mind you, this was already done, and resubmitted yesterday, but I got an email this morning with an inactive link to the Financial Aid overview section. I’ve already experienced advising issues before the migration, and now it seems everything is in limbo and the only answer is “the system is still updating.”
Is anyone else unable to see their class? I followed the instructions to go the Navigate Home page for classes and they aren’t displayed. I’m supposed to accept my next course on 6/22, which was originally scheduled for 6/15. It was moved without any notice due to the system upgrade
