Genuinely worried watching this and wondered if anyone else has noticed a very prominent hand tremor going on and he looks really tired. He even seems to be deliberately having his hands under the counter or laying them flat when he’s not picking up the pizza slices. Hope Andrew is doing ok!
Does anyone else think that Molly seems to struggle with the height of her workstation? Obviously it’s lower than the others but it still seems too high for her. They don’t seem to have made any more adaptations for her other than it being lower.
i am fully prepared to be downvoted for this, but there we go. To start with, I don’t for one minute think that LC should walk free, but I do think that she was in psychosis and I think she should be in a secure psych unit. But Alice’s take on this is leaving such a bad taste in my mouth. The way she’s laughing about Lindsey leaning on her parents, in a kind of ‘WHO talks to their parents or asks them to talk to her psychs’ yadda yadda. She doesn’t know Lindsey or her relationship with them. She seems to have no clue about any kind of mental health issues and going back to Lindsey being in nursing school and having anxiety and basically saying that it all stems from there and that *maybe* postpartum made it worse. I had huge respect for Alice, but this, it’s completely changed my opinion about her.
I was made redundant very unexpectedly mid June. I have an active UC claim and although I wasn’t getting much on top of my salary, that little bit did help. (No dependents, kids are grown)
I received my last wage on June 26th which was considerably less than my usual amount with stopping work halfway through the month. That wage was taken up by paying my £850pm rent, my utilities and other bills. My small UC payment of £400 was paid on the 18th July, which I used for some bills in advance, and a food shop. I was initially told that I would be able to get an advance because my next UC wasn’t until the 18th August and with no salary coming in to pay my rent etc. But now I have been told there is no advance available because I’ve earned more than £2,600 in the past 6 months. I am now stuck, with no way to pay rent at all. My other bills I can put back, but I’m panicking about getting into rent arrears and having no money for food shopping, I have no rent arrears at present. What on earth do I do?
Do you think that he had this planned all along? To appeal due to IAC right at the last minute, just like he took the plea deal right at the last minute.
I posted last week about my son doing his first ultra and asked advice regarding what food to bring etc. He completed the Ultra today and did really well for his first one. He was 6.38hrs and really appreciated the hyping at the aid stations, we had signs and although he had a bit of a wobble at 35km mark, he pushed through. Thanks for all your advice it really helped and I realise that if I’d have done what I was originally planning it wouldn’t have been a great idea, so I took all the advice on board and it was a fab day. He’s now walking like he’s shit his pants but not a blister in sight, so that’s a win too I think! Thanks again.

My son is doing his first ultra next month. He’s trained for nearly 12 months and is well prepared fitness wise - as much as you can be for such crazy activities 🤣
Anyway, he thinks I’m going to be at work but I’m going to be able to meet him as a surprise at various spots and bring him any necessities that he might need. I’ve got a list of the usual stuff like energy gels and spare socks etc, but could you guys please help a mum out with stuff that I wouldn’t ever think of that would come in very useful. All of the people that are classed as missing from that day, was ANYTHING at all ever found of them? Clothes, even DNA? Whilst I understand that the forces of the collapse literally obliterated people, are there really people who had absolutely nothing left of them?
