Doedre's undoing and similar builds

Last season it was doedres undoing and hayoxis culmination, this season it's impending doom and frog spam.

Something about both of these builds has made my blood mage just feel like such a tank on a near zero investment. They aren't lazy builds but very few buttons. On ~40div I have a level 41 curse and I'm crushing triple tablet t16s without looking at mods. I'm not stacking delirium or doing any super crazy but at least I can farm currency to build up (and even then I'm sure that's not too far). I can't quite put my finger on what exactly it is about the build but id hazard a guess at strong AOE without having to hope a projectile hits (like with lightning arrow, spark, arc etc) and just hits like a truck. Having death frogs jump around is an added bonus but I'm also 90% sure I could run without the doedres and impending doom would also do a ton of damage

So what other builds feel similar? I've tried whirling assault MA (felt slow, not my thing), plant lich (strong but slow), tried putting together an adonias storm weaver (falling over at the slightest enemy look with ~4k es and capped resistance). Nothing has really stick until this blood mage and I can't put it down.

High rise/high waisted pants

How long did it take you to get used to higher rise pants sitting on your natural waist/not your hips?

I've been really liking the look of a higher rise lately but one thing I just can't seem to get over is it just feels so uncomfortable/restrictive to have pants sitting on that part of my waist. Is this a sizing issue? Maybe what pants Im using? Also, I just can't get them to stay up properly. Either the belt is too tight and causes the issues above or too loose and they fall down. I'm not as in shape as I'd like and that means my hips are slightly smaller than my waist but I've seen bigger guys where high waisted pants before without suspenders so I'm just lost.

*To note, I have some Levis 541 athletic jeans that are supposed to be "mid rise" and are what I'm using to gauge the feeling. Been thinking about picking up more pairs of true high waisted pants but looking for feedback before spending the $$

Z20 fan setup

Hey all, getting my z20 built up this week and just wondering about optimal Fan setup. I know this has probably been covered more than a few times but couldn't finduch in search that was relevant to me.

Jonsbo z20

9800x3d

Next kraken 240mm cooler

3070ti ftw3

I have 4 noctua a12x25 fans and I know the rad goes on top so should I do pusher fans through the rad and exhaust at the top? Intake at the bottom? Mobo is a MSI b850 Marx and I believe the PCIe is in the "normal" slot so I might be able to fit more fans at the bottom too or will that lead to turbulence on the GPU?

Just trying to have a plan going in, thanks!

Full/door size screen and no windows - how to install AC?

Attached is a photo of literally the only "window" in my living room area that would be suitable for an AC unit, only other window aside from bedrooms is over the kitchen sink (small apartment).

Anyone have any ideas/experience/ mockups for how to install a portable AC unit? I've seen the dual type but the hoses on those are wide and kind of flat and I'm not sore how I would go about that. Alternative option is to get something with a basic hose and then one of those fabric type seals that goes around? But I also have to make sure the door itself isn't blocked.

Please help, my house is nearing 80 degrees.

(Yes my Christmas lights are still up and my cat is just chillin)

How to easily switch saves to new pc

Hey all, I'm looking to build a new PC and with it, all new hard drives. My concern is my steam game save files as some (most) of them don't have servers to back up to (wukong, Elden ring, ds3, sekiro etc).

Is there an easy way to properly back up and save everything? Or do I need to find the actual save files and copy them over?

Car seats/strollers

Hi everyone,

My wife and I are expecting twins this fall. We thought we narrowed down our car seat/stroller options to the following:

• Graco® Ready2Grow™ LX 2.0 Double Stroller

• Graco SnugRide Lite LX Infant Car Seat

We also considered the SnugRide® SnugFit LX Infant Car Seat.

However, we did some more digging and discovered the Graco stroller did not actually have the best reviews - it is chunky, heavy, and difficult to maneuver, from what we have read.

We know we would prefer a stroller where the kids seats "stack" and they do not ride side by side. My wife also likes the idea of a car seat that does not have a base and can clip easily in and out of any car.

We are looking for something simple and fairly lightweight, if possible, and would appreciate any insight or reccommendations you have. Also looking for an affordable option that sits in between the Graco and something like the Nuna's/uppababy's that quickly run into the thousands

If you have had a good experience with the Graco options we originally narrowed down, we would love to hear about that as well!

Thank you!

My wife and I are expecting twins this fall and need a new vehicle. She currently drives a Chevrolet Spark and loves it, but it’s simply too small.

We recently test drove a 2024 Nissan Rogue and a 2024 Mitsubishi RVR, and those are our top contenders. I liked both, but she preferred the RVR. Our main concern is how much space we’ll realistically need.

The Nissan is larger overall and has significantly more cargo space (and, in my opinion, feels a bit more refined), but it’s also more expensive. My wife prefers the size, simplicity, and driving feel of the RVR, though she’s open to adjusting if needed.

For those with families who drive an RVR: would you consider it a good family vehicle? Is the trunk space adequate for strollers, diaper bags, and day-to-day outings with young kids? For those with older children, does it still work for sports gear, road trips, and general family use? We also have a medium-sized dog.

I’d really appreciate any insight—thank you!
