Transformation journey -
Well, I have always been into sports basically boxing and wrestling all my life since i was 11.I was the 2022 and 23 punjab/Jharkhand under 19 state state champion, im an engineering student right now in banglore and was forced to give sports a break hence gym and powerlifting are the two things i naturally found myself into.

This was my journey from skinny to fat to jacked :)

Inspiration vs Inspired. 20 year old,181 cms 80 kgs

Reaching there, 2+ of lifting 5 days a week majorly push pull leg with slight adjustments.

Stats- 20 year old, 181 cms,80 kgs

Diet- keeping it to basics, currently in a cut with 2500 cal, hitting 180-200 g protein daily with 250g carbs and fats around 60g

Major issues in this journey had to be the binge eatings bcuz I’m an engineering student and human after all eating is a luxury and what even is a life if its not about enjoying it.

20 yo 181cms, 18.5” arms 23” clavicles and 46” chest at around 16ish% bodyfat. Have been working out for about 1.5 years now bw around 77 kgs.
