I am looking into getting top surgery in Helsinki at sairaala KL, and I’m wondering on what others experience with the first consultations have been? What kinds of questions are asked and what kind of environment is it? I am also reallly hoping to about the VAT extra so is there any questions regarding that during the talk?

I have recently added the unlock level curve mod to my playthrough along with the 0.75 xp requirement mod. But since I did this as I got to act 3. It didn’t take effect instantly and only once I kicked the companion out of the party and got them back in. (I’m pretty sure this is because they regain all xp when they rejoin.) but since my tav is unable to be removed from the party I haven’t found a way to activate it for them. Is there anyone that could help me fix this? It’s really annoying having my tav lag behind in levels.
Any ideas on how to fix this? I have already tried respecting at withers which didn’t work..

My biggest complaint with the game is just the lack of race representation in the companions. As someone whose favourite fantasy race has always been and will always be dwarves it sucks to not see any shorter companions. Not even a Dragonborn or a half orc?
We have 3 humans, 2 half elves, 3 elves, a gith and a tiefling. But what they all have in common is they’re the most conventionally attractive types of races, and the most close to human. With the exception of lae zel, but it would be impossible not to have a gith companion. I think they knew that the shorter races and the less human ones would get much less attention so they didn’t even try. But dnd players are all horny bastards and would be down bad for anything with a pulse. (looking at you bards)
It’s such a shame too because having a companion from them could elevate so much of the story, a deep gnome could really make the ironhand and gondian plot feel central, plus they would have been an arteficer!! A dwarf companion would just be amazing, I love them so much. And a Dragonborn sorcerer would be sick too because we’re missing some classes but I think base durge is that so that isn’t that bad.
They should have also implemented another evil only companion, perhaps a Duegar you recruit after grymforge, just more incentive to go that route.
While yes I love all the companions we currently have in game. All of them are incredible and shine despite some needing more attention (wyll), it wouldn’t hurt to have some other races thrown in the mix. Well.. I like halsin, but he feels really overshadowed by jaheira and kinda useless with no companion quest.
EDIT!: I forgot to mention that something I noticed during the character creation is that none of the voice options work AT ALL for a dwarf, there’s no grit or gruff to them. I can’t imagine playing a half orc with the current voice options. It’s just another thing that hits to the races being neglected.
This week I have been trying to get bedrock to function so I can play on a realm and it has been one annoying thing after the other. Currently it loads up but doesn’t recognise my dedicated gpu and uses my integrated graphics, leading to freezing and crashing.
I have tried setting Minecraft to high performance mode in the settings but it seems that whenever I launch the game even high performance mode is just my integrated graphics anyway and my gpu is no where to be seen.
I am using an AMD Radeon RX 7600, i am running windows 10/11 and, I do not have adrenaline installed because it causes its own issues with drivers, is there anything else that could help?

I am trying to play minecraft bedrock edition (version 26.30) on a pc with AMD Radeon RX 7600. My drivers are not the newest ones, and I don't have AMD adrenaline downloaded, as the pc shop I brought my pc to told me that it would autoupdate drivers. Current drivers are either 26.5.1 or 26.5.2.
I have had consistent issues in my display crashing since the pc shop had to take out my GPU to put in a new ssd.. Before this, I had NEVER had a display crash in my 3 years of having this pc.
I open minecraft bedrock edition, try to load into a world, and it shows me a skybox, freezes, and then crashes my display.
Fixes I've tried:
- clean DDU delete and reinstall (pc shop)
- hardware acceleration disabled
- scanned and restorehealth command used
- changed the gpu minecraft uses to my actual gpu from the windows settings
For the past week my standard edition ps5 has begun to crash when playing games I have had 0 problems with before. I live in the uk and am currently just blaming it on the heatwave and humidity not letting it cool. I guess if the air it pulls in is already hot it isn’t gonna help.
Has anyone else been experiencing this recently? My ps5 is an older model I got it around the start of 2022, I did keep it upright for storage purposes and clean it regularly. I try to vent out my room so it has fresh air but it doesn’t help all too much.
I was thinking of upgrading but hey upped the prices lol so that’s a nope.
