Suave

The 18 ounce bottle was bought about two years ago and I keep it for traveling. I bought another bottle for regular use today and noticed it was much smaller. But then I remembered bigger bottle came from a two pack…just to see that they shrunk the two pack by THREE ounces

Muddy Dash

TLDR: Muddy Dash is a huge cash grab run and wasn’t the best

I am here to complain about the Muddy Dash. It takes a lot to get under my skin but this run did. I had a friend tell me about it so I checked out the website. they had a deal that the usual $75/ registration was free. So I signed up and paid the $18 fees, a little high but registration was free.
But then, it says I have to pick up my bib the day before or it’s $5 the day of. Okay, I have my friend pick up the bib for me.
I get to the place and it’s $20 to park! why did I have to pay a $18 registration and venue fee, then?

the course was fun enough. but a whole mile of had no obstacles. and i saw maybe one or two staff members the entire race. at the rope jump, we were helping each other grab the ropes. not to mention it’s 90 degrees and super dangerous if someone needs help on the course.

i am not a big complainer. but I was very disappointed with this run! it seemed like a giant cash grab instead of an event for the runners best interest

hi! I’m looking for book recs were one of the main characters is shy and the other one is outgoing or popular. I don’t mind if it’s YA or New Adult. I am open to different genres, too!

Historical Fiction Recs?

Today I rewatched Ashes in the Snow, I started to think about the book, and then started to think about Salt to the Sea. Does anyone have any similar book recs? Slightly soul-crushing but rooted in real historical events.

Do prosecutors sometimes chose motives they know probably aren't the truth, most but instead are the most impactful?

Hi, I hope this is the right community to post this question. I like watching true crime shows and listening to podcasts. Every so often, l'Il come across a case where all the evidence points to the defendant but the motive just seems off. The prosecution seems overzealously accusing the defense of being a cold hearted, calculated defendant. but in reality, the evidence makes it seem more like a spur of the moment decision. I wanted to know if there is any truth to this

Last night, I found my betta on the bottom of his tank, not moving much. The water test came back fine. The temperature is good, too. all I had is pimacure, so I put that it. I have to work late tonight so, I’m hoping he can pull through until I get some better meds. Does anyone have any suggestions 🥺
