…but if I’m being honest, the setlist is a bit shit.

There are some true barn burners we are missing out on due to some tepid songs on the setlist.

I Opened My Mouth Too Wide Today, Prawn Mayo, I Want To Swallow Stones Like A Bird, I’m Not Perfect I Am Pure Shit, the list goes on.

I get that it has to be “popular songs plus new songs plus the deep cuts we rehearsed” but I think we can do better.

I also get that being on the subreddit for Jim E Brown everyone’s gonna drink the kool aid and get angry and insulting and say it’s great. I also know they’ll say just because I’m calling it out now doesn’t make it untrue. But I think it could be a lot better regardless.

Setlist.fm has not updated, right, and that's quite shit.

My friend is coming in from out of town to experience the majesty of Jim E Brown, wondering if any likeminded fans are meeting up after the show?

We post comedy shorts once a week and generally do pretty good. Our worst stuff gets around 20k views and our best gets into the hundreds of thousands, with a couple getting into the millions.

But recently, even if the metrics are strong, we're maxing out around 20k with a bunch not even hitting 10k. A lot of our friends/fans will say "This is the best thing you've made" and our likes/watch percentage will be strong, yet they go nowhere.

Is this a consistent thing happening to everyone, or are we dealing with something weird?

The album is as good as all their post-2000 stuff- some really strong songs and some major clunkers.

Legacy is at stake here, so Noel is wondering if they should just release 4-5 songs, or a proper LP as they usually do with what can generously be called "filler".
