Agatha Christie was a serial killer
She used her books to be close enough to her murders and then if anyone accused her, its obviously a copycat fan. She could also use it to plan upcoming murders and search for flaws in her plans.

I'm currently watching the film Bill with some friends and I've come to the conclusion that I'd love to see a live action done by the Horrible Histories TV show crew.
I think they would do a wonderful balance of the seriousness and absurdity while keeping a straight face.
I've had the same daily driver for 15+ years and in many ways its been the bike of Theasus, but with the forks properly shot and upcoming repairs I feel the time to look for a new one as I expect repairs to cost similar to a new bike.
Only I am going to the websites and getting entirely overwhelmed.
I've very much enjoyed having a hybrid with a flat bar and ideally a mud guard/rack (though I appreciate they can be added), I know I want to move away from V-breaks. So I can round down to a degree but I see one bike for £400 (I'm UK), another for £800 and then it goes WAY outside of my budget, and all seem like they are roughly similiar. Even comparing similar bikes by the same brand like Giant, the only thing I really understand when the comparison is shown is more gears (I appreciate I know nothing and others may have a better idea).
Can anyone give me a guide as to what to to look out for or some good resources to demystify things for me. I
An example of my confusion is comparing the Giant Roam 1, 3 and 4 2026 Hybrid sports bike.
Where I'm seeing a £4/500 difference and really not understanding why.
Thank you for any assistance you can provide this novice.
*Update* My work has a cycle to work scheme which shoudl reduce costs a bit.
One day a fish turns to and offers you two options. The capacity for game like levellable skills or attributes that can not go down.
Levellable attributes based off the standard d&d attributes. Through training and hard work you can increase your attributes of strength, Dex, con, wisdom and charisma. The fish notes that while increasing con and the mental attributes can keep you healthier for longer you won't live longer than the oldest human who has ever lives (+10 years).
Levellable skills. You do a skill like learn an instrument or study a subject. You don't just retain the information but also the capability. You can practice art and you pick it up easier (but still requires effort), you could then never touch a brush for 10 years, come back and be fine. You could study the stock market and get better at learning trends, while you will still make mistakes you will get better at it. You have the capacity to be world renowned at anything you put your mind to provided your natural attributes allow. So while your swimming technique may become impeccable, you still might not beat the genetic abberant that is Michael Phelps.
The fish highlights that you can't use one wish to try to game or simulate the other
*update*
People have asked how it's different to real life. In many ways it's similar. Attributes are capped at 20 meaning you can become the strongest person to ever exist but not strong enough to bench a plane.
However you don't go down and leveling them up is easier. You can lift 400lbs now? Guess what never exercise again and you still can. Go to the gym and you plateau will only be determined by the hard work you put in.
Likewise with skills, when you spent 2 months learning Spanish 10 years ago, cool you are still as good. Trying to learn public speaking, great you learn the techniques better.
There are the natural synergies so being better at public speaking makes you more affable and charismatic but if your natural limit charisma was 13, you won't go higher.
It's not so much about reaching Godhood but more priority and what you enjoy
*Update*
You can see your level as well. For anyone who works well due to gamification, this can help with motivation.

Solved. Thank you to all who commented
Hey
I've just finished my first spool and I used some last meter prints to finish off the reel. Now there could be some orange still in the tubing and system Im not sure.
Id like to replace where I had my orange filament with a different colour, how do I purge any remaining filament? Do I need to do anything special or is it worth doing a small print first to remove any leftover?
Many thanks.
What do people store their gridfinity setups in?
I've just got my printer, loving it, printed out a 2x4 holder for the tools it came with, which unfortunately now just sit on my desk and I'd like to find a light on plastic storage holder to put it in. I've seen big stackable storage boxes just wondering what people use.
So I feel like I've fallen down a rabbit hole. Usecase is more for cooking by the BBQ, small groups or sitting around the house/bath where there aren't speakers already.
I'm keeping in mind that I might want more expensive speakers later so decided not to go for the Soundcore 2 (current on sale for £22)
The SC 3 is currently £33, SC 2S, £28, JBL 4/5 £30/£40 and Soundcore Go 4 is £18.
Any assistance anyone could provide would be greatly appreciated as I feel a bit like a do chasing their own tale looking at reviews and comparisons.
I'm looking to get my daughter into RPGs as a fun thing to do together, with the idea of getting some of her friends to play as well once she gets into it.
I've played Daggerheart recently and was very impressed by how simple but expansive the system is.
Likewise I looked at the 5.5 starter set and it looks solid with maps and stand ins. This said the last time I dmed DND was 3.5 and while I have played it as a player since it's still mostly a mystery to me.
I'm just wondering what people would recommend or if they have experience with either system how they felt particularly getting kids involved?
I asked the lovely people on the Daggerheart sub about DH but thought I'd open it up.
While I know there are other systems designed more for kids, I like the idea of something they can keep playing for longer (feel free to correct me). I don't want to do full theatre of the mind and the vibe I get is that kids work well with tactile elements, I've got loads of 40k minis and some fantasy ones I can sub, this said if the system comes with pregen stuff designed for kids, maps etc...thats a plus in my book.
Apologies for the disjointed ramble, just try to get my thoughts down.
Thanks for any answers.
*update* I'm intentionally avoiding digital content, unless it's small printable maps or one shots. Partly for her and also so I do less screen time
*update* I am UK based. There have been some great suggestions but some sadly while looking amazing are US only or become outside of my budget after postage from the US is considered
Hey,
Has anyone run dagger heart for kids? I'd like to DM for my 9 year old and just played a one shot with some friend. It seems simple enough that kids could pick up an I was wondering if others have played it with kids/one player and how they found it.

Just wanted to give an update and thank everyone again for their responses.
I had a chat with the teacher today and the response was that there are certain elements in my daughters behaviour that aren't doing her well. Partly when she makes a friend she wants to play with THAT friend rather than the group, isolates both of them and makes the friend feel guilty about wanting to play with other friends. The other side tends to be she often doesn't want to play others games. Suggestions from the teacher is partly sitting down and talking to her about it and partly seeing if I can organise more play dates. I had a chat with another parent (lovely dad) and he mentioned he sees similar behaviour with my kid.
I'll sit down have a chat with my daughter, I've sent a message to her mum (I tried to call and will try to call again). I'm going to look into team sports, which is an odd one for me as I didn't gel well with them, does anyone else have other ideas that might benefit? (See does Cubs, Brownies, Drama)
Thank you all to all who responded previously. Not going to lie, kind of feeling a bit like I fucked up as a parent and its making me wonder if this is in part a side effect of the separation amongst other things. I've got a plan of attack and going to work on it.
Do people think its worth thinking about taking her to a therapist for a bit? (this is more from looking at the separation side of things)
Thanks again all.
*Update* Managed to talk to her mum, made an effort to politely stress the importance of it. Civil conversation just not necessarily emotionally easy. Feeling drained now. With luck we can start to make a difference, love my girl and just want the best for her.
*Update* Talked to my daughter. I hope she understands but stressed the importance of learning to play with others and how to consider others when it comes to play.
