[Medicinal] Ny very first 3 platesm any advice would be great! Not sure if these are "normal" especially the White Rabbit

These are my very first (3) Agar plates. The White Rabbit has threads going upward now but the other two look different. Can anyone give me any advice on what to do next? Options? Thanks so much
