I have an 1510 SAT, 8.0 IELTS, 4.33/5 GPA or 3.46/4 kinda mid extracurriculars. Im from Kazakhstan I really need a full ride scholarship or at least smth similar.

Does a good portfolio really matter for top Chinese unis? Wouldn't my application be evaluated only by my test scores?

My scores: 1510 SAT, 8.0 IELTS, GPA 4.4/5, CSCA prediction 75+, got no extracurriculars

I'd prefer an honest answer with no false hope. Imma need a scholarship, at least a partial one. Do I really stand any chance?
