Help with troubleshooting

Context: On Sunday, I took the PC out to do a deep clean maintenance. I blew out the dust and made sure everything was dust-free. I applied thermal paste after removing the CPU cooler, only to get the PC on, but not POST. I got this PC back in 2023.

Here are my specs: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/QQmm3R

Here's what I did to troubleshoot

- Removed and installed the CMOS

- Installed the latest BIOS

- Checked CPU for bent pins (none are bent)

- Tested the PSU, still good

- Took out the MOBO and everything, placed it on a flat surface like a box, still no POST

- GPU is still good since the fans spin

- All SSDs are good

The only hint I got, was CPU is cold. I know it's risky, but the CPU is cold even when it's turned on since I touched a bit.

Did the motherboard gone bad?

Edit: I called customer support at Microcenter, turns out it could be the CPU or Motherboard that's failing, but more towards the CPU.

Star Fox Event Horizon page

Hello everyone, I'm proud to share something I've been working on for a long time.

Introducing... my very own version of the page... Star Fox Event Horizon.

This is the old version from the internet, but it's no longer used (not mine, btw): https://starfoxeh.weebly.com/

You can look at the levels with a short description, as well as a summary of the objective.

Look at the 3D models, as well as the bosses, and even listen to the soundtrack.

Don't worry, I'll keep updating the page over time.

Feel free to drop opinions.

Hello everyone, so I built my pc back in August of 2023, before the whole crisis.

Just note, I had no experience with which parts pair well.

Here are the components:

CPU - Ryzen 5 4500

Motherboard - Asus Prime B450 M-A II

RAM - G.Skill Aegis 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4 2400 MT/s

SSD - Inland Prime 1TB, Crucial 500GB 2.5" SATA

PSU - Thermaltake Smart 600W Non-Modular

GPU - NVIDIA GTX 1650

Case - Thermaltake Versa H17

It runs the games decently; however, there are some struggles.

It stutters a bit on Fortnite on medium settings.

Star Fox Event Horizon struggles to keep up. On ground levels, it goes roughly 15 - 20 FPS on Medium/Low settings, while in space, it shoots up to 30 - 60 FPS.

Project 06 is doing very well on High and Ultra settings, 50 - 60 FPS.

NFS Heat does struggle a bit; max output is 30 FPS on high settings.
