Alguém recomenda uma empresa para pintar um apartamento T4 na zona de Odivelas?

Hello everyone, I would like to share my thoughts about ETH this quarter. We have made history with 3 red quarters in a row, as I described in my previous post: https://www.reddit.com/r/ethtrader/comments/1to25d3/eth_is_going_down_down_down_based_on_historical/

I have mixed feelings about Q3. I believe we will rally a bit, then drop to around the same levels as today. So we will be in the mayonnaise where nothing really happens. Best case, around 2000-2200, worst case, we will drop to 1200-1300. No one knows the future. It can go up or down ahah

Here are some of my reasons:

- The war in the Middle East is still a big macro factor in the Crypto Industry.
- The market is testing the new Fed, and it can go both ways.
- Clarity Act: I have very low confidence that this will happen in July. I think we will see lots of drama and keep postponing, which will impact the ecosystem.
- We used to only have the ETH Foundation, but in recent weeks, we now have ETH Labs and ETH Institutional organisations. This can be good if they align on generating revenue and impact, or really bad if they start fighting for their own interests.

Unfortunately, I think the only way crypto will move is if Trump pumps and manipulates the market again. Also, if there is a rotation from AI/Chips to Crypto, which is very unlikely.

Comprei um apartamento T3 na zona de Odivelas e estou a pensar em instalar 4 ACs. Quando comprei a casa, disseram que já tinha pre instalação preparada.

Alguem recomenda empresas na zona de Lisboa/Odivelas/Loures?

Orçamento seria ate 5000?

Just to let you know that ETH is going to crash hard in the next few days/weeks. The reason? I bought more yesterday at $1550.

We are experiencing something that never happened before! 3 red quarters in a row, with a potential 4th! I know Q2 is still going on but it's very unlikely it will end green.

What happened to trigger prices to crash:
- Trump ruined Crypto by manipulating markets.
- AI is taking all the money from crypto.
- 90% of the alt coins are dead or about to die.
- People still believe in the 4 year cycle.

Future events that can potentially trigger a rally:
- Clarity Act to be fully approved (very unlikely to happen, and doubt it impacts the price)
- Trump decides to manipulate the crypto again...

Overall, the future of crypto looks very dark. The real question right now is: Is the Crypto bubble about to burst and die? Is it just the 4 year cycle playing?

I know people will say: BULLISH, Bananas wtv, but I am just sharing facts and using data to prove a point.

O meu vizinho está a vender uma Vespa de 2006 (125 cc) com 20.000 km, automática, a um preço acessível para uma Vespa (2500 euros) e pensei em comprar, visto que sempre quis uma Vespa para dar umas voltas na terrinha dos meus pais quando lá vou e talvez até levar para Lisboa.

Eu nunca comprei nenhum veículo na vida, nem carro nem mota. Portanto, sou um iniciante neste assunto.

- Quais são as perguntas essenciais quando vou ver uma mota em segunda mão?
- Qual é o processo relativamente à papelada?
-Quantos km são considerados muitos em uma mota?
- As automáticas dão mais problemas que as manuais?

I know history might not repeat itself, but it's one of the strongest indicators of retailer adoption. So, for the first time ever, ETH is down for 3 consecutive quarters, and Q3 is historically known for lower returns.

If we go by the month, our chances of a bad June are even higher.

To be honest, I have been following ETH since 2018, and I have never seen such a bad sentiment on social media, Google Trends going down, price fragile and crypto is not sexy anymore.

These are my thoughts based on historical data. What are your thoughts?

Crypto is lagging massively against the stock market. Last year, the crypto market got dumped along with stocks due to the tariffs, but after 6 months, we were seeing an ATH in both. Then, on October 10, everyone lost trust in crypto. At the beginning of 2026, Venezuela and Iran went to war, and markets shook, but stocks kept rising and beating ATH, while in the meantime, crypto was stale. Bitcoin went from 60 to 81k and ETH from 1800 to 2300. Even with the Clarity passing yesterday, crypto didn't move, and now that the new FED Chairman has taken office, we can see crypto dumping again due to uncertainty.

To summarise, I don't believe crypto will thrive again. We had 3 bull cycles in the previous 12 years with diminishing returns; like it or not, returns will decrease over time, as expected. There are no more catalysts that can trigger another bull run, like it or not. If you look at Google Trends, both Bitcoin and Ethereum are trending down because they're not hot anymore. It's way easier to invest worldwide, so why invest in Crypto when you can put money in energy and tech stocks that go up anyway with way less risk? Retail lost trust in crypto. Companies accumulate but a very small portion in their portfolios to keep the FOMO.

Anyway, these are my 2 cents on Crypto's current state and future. I will keep holding my coins, but I don't expect a bull run in the next 24 months. In my opinion, it's more likely to see crypto dumping to 0 than reaching a new ATH.

Eu tenho um apartamento com 30 metros de marquise, dividida em 3 partes. A maior fica entre a sala e o quarto principal e depois, há outra na cozinha e outra entre os outros 2 quartos.

A minha ideia é substituir as janelas interiores por PVC em vez de alumínio e, depois, remover a marquise entre a sala e o quarto principal para ter uma varanda aberta, mantendo as outras mais pequenas.

Eu perguntei ao condomínio se o podia fazer e obtive a resposta:

O prédio no projeto inicial, não tinha marquises na varanda da sala, só que nos anos oitenta/noventa as pessoas fechavam as varandas sem dizerem nada a ninguém. Neste momento já não é bem assim, sempre que se alterar a estrutura original do prédio terá que ser pedido. Como no seu caso vai voltar à forma original não será preciso pedir autorização. 

Entretanto, gostava de pedir recomendações na zona de Lisboa/Odivelas para janelas e estores?

Alguém tem recomendações para mobilar um apartamento por completo, de forma minimalista e acessível? É um T3 e vou viver sozinho e não tenho animais. A ideia será começar pelas divisões essenciais.

A ideia é tentar gastar 1000 euros por divisão...

- Quarto
- Cozinha
- Sala
- Escritório

Estou tentado a ir ao site do IKEA e comprar tudo de uma vez. Não tenho paciência para ir a 10 lojas diferentes. Se pudesse comprar tudo em 1, 2 ou até 3 lojas, seria a ideal. Por exemplo, não sei se o IKEA tem material bom para escritório (mesa elevatória e cadeira).

Hello, I am an EU citizen, and I lived in the UK for 6 years (October 2018 to January 2025), during which I contributed to the State Pension and eventually became a British Citizen. However, in 2025 I decided to travel the world and in November 2025, I decided to move back to my home country. I started a new job in December 2025 and been working and contributing to my country. I was planning to fill the gaps from the 2025-2026 year and then start voluntary contribute to the UK State pension via class 3.

However, it seems the rules have changed in April 2026 and I am a bit confused. I tried to submit the form but it keeps saying the form is having some errors to try later.

Can someone explain if I am still elegible or did I lost the opportunity?

Also, what happens if I decide to move back to the UK for 4-5 years? Do I lose all my contributions or do I continue filling from my previous ones?

Existe algum cartão de crédito que seja parecido com o American express em Portugal? No UK tinha o Amex platinum porque fazia várias viagens em trabalho e depois acumulava pontos e tinha descontos em várias coisas. Eu vou ter que gastar dinheiro a mobilar a casa e estava a pensar se existia algum cartão que desse vários benefícios sabendo que vou ter que gastar o dinheiro de qualquer forma.

I just finished my first Hyrox and I have mix feelings. I trained only for 3 months and made it in 1:21 (solo open). Initially I was not happy but the reality is that you keep comparing with others and see social media where everyone is sub60. Also in my gym there are a few people going to the world championship. I guess comparing is the thief of all joy. After realising that I am happy with my time considering only 3 months of training.

However, I do think paying 130 euros to race is absurd. They don’t even have showers lol basically the main organisation is just a machine of making money and taking advantage of social media for people to feel fomo and have those nice pics. A T-shirt is 40euros … Another thing that is annoying is the people that finish a few Hyrox and call themselves athletes lol

There are other organisations where you do exactly the same circuit, with showers and way cheaper. The main difference is just the branding and marketing around.

My struggle is that even that I feel like this abut the Hyrox organisation, I am planning to do it again.

Boas a todas, tenho 35 anos, sou solteiro e sem filhos. Nunca tive um carro na vida, por não precisar e por ser um mau investimento financeiro. Quando precisava, usava o da minha ex-namorada. No entanto, agora vivo sozinho em Odivelas, num apartamento sem garagem, e tou a pensar em comprar um carro para dar umas voltas ao fim de semana. Eu consigo fazer praticamente tudo a pé ou de metro (moro a 5 minutos do metro de Odivelas). Trabalho demoro 25-30 minutos de metro, compras 5 minutos a pé, ginásio 5-10 minutos a pé, o que se resume a 80% do meu tempo.

No entanto, se quero visitar os meus pais ou ir à praia, preciso de um carro. Portanto, quais são as vossas sugestões para um carro que só vai andar, na maior parte do tempo, ao fim de semana? Também tenho pouco conhecimento sobre carros.

Orçamento: 10.000 - 20.000 euros. (quero evitar carros muito velhos que depois dão dores de cabeça)
Tamanho: Pequeno - Médio (não gosto de carros muito grandes, parecem uma banheira lol)
Avarias: Idealmente prefiro uma marca que dê poucos problemas e que a manutenção e reparos sejam mais baratos. (Há uns anos sei que marcas japonesas tipo Toyota, Mitsubishi e assim eram de confiança mas as coisas mudam)
