One can see many examples in #TVK‌ that prove hard work can truly elevate a person’s life. Four years ago, TVK Ramesh was just an ordinary youngster. At that time, the party TVK itself had not even been formed. He had responded to a job advertisement posted by me on my X page and had asked for work. Since I had not been using X regularly for a long time, I saw his message very late. By then, more than a year had passed, and I never responded to him.

Later, after the launch of TVK and several months into its growth, I happened to notice that the same person was now being identified as TVK Ramesh. We may criticize the party politically, but bringing ordinary youngsters with no strong background all the way to the corridors of power is truly a remarkable achievement.

Beyond the social perceptions and limitations attached to the community he comes from, what has taken him to this stage is his talent, determination, and relentless effort. Today, I saw visuals of him arriving with his family to take oath as a Member of the Legislative Assembly. It felt worth sharing.

I have never even spoken to Ramesh personally, but seeing young people like him rise in life is a positive beginning.

This post is not meant to belittle him in any way. It is simply to show that nothing is impossible if one truly strives for it. Today, Ramesh is an MLA and tomorrow, he could even become a Minister.
