How, how, how can you tear a teams future away any faster? Not a fan of the team but I feel bad for their fans. They are back to going nowhere fast.
Rough 1st 2 games of the series but very, very good since. You get your flowers for your work this far. But I believe he puts the invisibility cloak on for game 7 as per usual under the shining bright lights. 13 points, 4 boards, 5 assists and 8 turnovers. 5 of 14 shooting from the field.
The lady behind the desk nods with a devious smile and says room 2. The man enters the room and sees a very plain looking middle aged woman. She comes over to him and pops out her eyeball from the socket and says, “in here”. He has the most incredible experience of his entire life by far. As he was leaving he said oh my God I must see you again.
She said, “I’ll keep an eye out for you” !!!!
Ordered a burger combo meal at a rest stop Wendy’s off of the Turnpike. The girl asks, “you want that medium or large” so more fries and a larger drink. I’m shaking my head and ask what other options do I have. “What” she says and stares at me like I’m from outer space. The 1st option is of course small. But they were getting everyone with this tactic. Obviously trained this way and God bless the manager who must be crushing sales but I’m just a person of principle and this really, really pissed me off. My kids laugh at me and call me an angry old boomer. Maybe they’re right. But writing this now it still pisses me off!!! Anyone else run into a something similar?
Edit: Didn’t explain this well in the way it was asked or the tone it was asked in so I see the easy confusion now. Was definitely NOT stated as an upsell. When I was asked medium or large it was asked as if there were 2 options only and like there was no small as if it didn’t exist as a choice. Kind of like if someone asks you, “yes or no”? That’s what was so annoying. Again effective tactic as everyone said medium but absolutely deceiving. The small (or 1st option and priced on the menu) was not “offered or implied” in her statement.

It’s the weirdest thing. I live in South Florida and we don’t have any fly issues and rarely see flies. But when we cook salmon in the air fryer these flies come out of nowhere and are like the bear in Cocaine Bear going absolutely nuts in a tizzy. Zapped 10 of them with my mini tennis racket bug zapper but one little fker is still flying around. Has this happened to anyone else?
I was surprised I didn’t know this and had to look it up as these 3 networks have been around forever.
