GoDaddy collecting dmarc reports

I'm setting up a new domain in GoDaddy and now see that they are sending RUA reports to a subdomain which was involved in a data breach.

Is there actually any benefit to this. Is GoDaddy monitoring dmarc now or are these reports going into a black void somewhere waiting to be stolen again?

Turn off screenshots on upwork desktop tracker?

Is there a way to turn off just the screenshot portion of the upwork desktop tracking app?

So for my specific niche I do a lot of compliance work with DOD contractors, health care firms and other regulatory agencies.

These clients have asked that I do not use the upwork time tracker because it takes screenshots and uploads them to upworks servers, which is against compliance. To be fair they are 100% correct. These are private tenants with PHI, PII and other types of info.

I have not had a single problem with any client so far...*knock on wood*... But it's a bit frustrating that I have to lose upwork hourly protection or face regulatory actions or deal with these problems.

Does upwork have any solution for this?

Let me have it, how bad on a scale of 1 to AI?

I started freelancing and decided I wanted to turn into a small business. So I built a website. I'm trying to get some feedback as to what I can improve.

I went through a few redesigns already since I wasn't happy with the design. Design has improved significantly since the first iteration but definitely still feels a bit AI.

Thoughts?

What's driving freelancers to apply at rock bottom rates?

So I'm fairly new to Upwork and started back in March. My niche is Cloud Consulting. Pretty much all M365. So far I only have about 4 clients I'm working with.

My current rate is between $75 to $100 an hour depending on the job. But I'm noticing freelancers are applying at $10 - $15 an hour?

I know upwork is a bit of a race to the bottom in pricing but who is taking jobs like a 50 person email migration at $10 an hour?

Why even apply that low? It doesn't even cover the cost of licenses for the migration tool?

Feels like WGU has been going down hill lately?

Ive been in the BSCC -Azr program for 4 years and just finally finished my degree. It's has been a massive struggle to say the least. I had 3 courses that dragged out for the better part of 2 years. D304, 305,306.

I started out taking D306 and after 2 terms they switched my program and that course got replaced. D305 I was studying for the Microsoft certification exam when it was retired mid way through my term and I had to them revert back to the in house.

D304 on the other hand I was having a lot of trouble passing so then moved me into version 2 which was even worse so after 3 terms in those courses I ended filing a complaint.

Well after going back and forth with complaints and getting referred to the dean I come to find out that the Azure track was such a mess that enrollment dropped so low that a new dean was appointed and the entire program was changed removing these classes. I got stuck in the whirlwind of this ever changing program and just finished my bachelors with a 150CUs when the degree program only now requires 112CUs.

So I completed the certification that the dean allowed me to crosswalk for D304 and I sent it into records in June 1st. I called today to see what's going on so I can finally apply for graduation and was told I'll just have to wait a while.

I have to say that after this my perspective of WGU really changed. Some of these programs are thrown together so haphazardly that it's damaging to students.

Freelancer+ job notifications stopped?

I noticed this last month and have the same issue again this month. When my freelancer+ renews the job notifications are stopped and my feed is flooded with jobs that are no longer relevant. Not even in the same field. I work in Tech and get flooded with finance and secretary type jobs.

Then about 2 weeks goes by and it just corrects itself and the notifications start up again.

At first I thought it was due to a lack of jobs but after filtering and searching I noticed that I missed quite a few opportunities due to the fact that the feed was beyond messed up.

I don't know why the feed just nukes itself right at renewal every month?

For NYS resident, when is the best time to start an LLC?

I started a consulting business back in March. I started as a Sole proprietorship with a DBA. It's mainly a side gig that Im going to build up to eventually replace my 9 to 5.

I just onboarded my 4th client and am wondering when is a good time to change over to an LLC?

I've been doing some research and see that NYS is very lenient with piercing the corporate veil so for NYS does it even make sense having a single member LLC?

I see there are a number of fees associated with starting and maintaining an LLC (Typical NY) and there's even a publication requirement.

For those in NY what was your moment that made you decide to switch over or start an LLC?

Anyone using Microsoft SkillupwithLevelup?

I'm able to get access to the Level up by technofocus. They have the Az-104 exam and if I take their course on score an 80% or better I'm able to get a free voucher. I'm going through the course now but anyone here know how good level up is? Did you find it was enough to sit for az-104 after or not?

Im trying to figure out what happened, but the chat and support has really not been helpful at all. I launched my campaign towards the beginning of May just as a trial to see how it works and if this worth it for me and it was doing fine, I was getting clicks here and there. I got one conversion out of this, so I considered it to be successful, so I figured id let it go to see if I get more clients.

Around May 15th, I got a prompt for verification and noticed my ad strength went from good to poor and it tanked my campaign hard. I immediately verified and completed all my tasks to see if that would restore my campaign and it did not.

I reached out to support via chat and also chatted with the AI and the only recommendation was that I need to create a video to get my ad strength to excellent to restore my campaign. Support does not understand why the ad strength as poor and my campaign is limited. They just keep telling me to create a video and maintain excellent ad strength.

I never had a video uploaded in the past and it was fine and now all of sudden my campaign cant be restored back to where it was anymore.

any tips or thoughts? Im pretty lost as to what I can do.

Epic Mechanical Keyboard stops responding and 2.4ghz key flashes green every randomly during use

Im currently experiencing an issue with my jlabs epic mechanical keyboard. I purchased it from best buy last week and used the included receiver. I plugged into my Dell TB19 Dock and every few minutes the keyboard stops responding and the 2.4ghz light flashes green.

I figured since my Jlabs Epic Mouse has no issues on my dell dock id pair to that receiver and try it. I paired it and now have the same issue with both the mouse and keyboard becoming unresponsive.

I went back to best buy and exchanged the keyboard and am experiencing the same issue. Just for testing I went out and bought the jlabs epic keyboard, the non-mechanical one and it works perfectly fine with my mouse.

I also tested this on my macbook and its the same issue.

Anyone else experiencing this with the mechanical keyboard? Is jlabs planning to put a fix out for this?
