Had a situation (my fault) where I had to return a Fluance turntable purchased on Amazon. Amazon tried to fuck me and not return my money, claiming it was never returned after they received their money from Fluance.
Fluance customer service went above and beyond to make certain Amazon knew it was returned, and Amazon eventually refunded my money.
