anyone running the SureFire XC3 on a PDP compact? the aesthetic drip is fire but I’m concerned that the lens will be carbon stained after a single session of range practice.
what about the ZR tactical guide rod assembly or the Walther tungsten guide rod 5O N rsa ? Does either really make that much of a difference over the stock RSA? Any reliability issues?
Hey guys, I love 45 ACP. my current bedside gun is a FN545T with an Obsidian can. I also have a USP 45 and a Mark 23.
Wanted to know your thoughts if the APC 45 is worth its asking price, I have concerns about its durability, reliability and the general complaints about B&T customer service posted all over Reddit.
Does anyone know of any law enforcement or military operators running these things? I want to buy one but could get a Geissele Super Duty and optic for the same price, the alternatives keep whispering in my other ear.

just picked up my first PDP compact and Holosun 509t to plug into the EDC rotation. Can you all recommend what the best mounting plate is? I don’t want to wait 8 weeks for Walther to mail me the free version. Very excited to give this a test drive at the range!
currently the ZTRS plate is on sale on the Walther website and I also found the CH plate. I would prefer steel over aluminum, every website seems to flip flop between these in the description for the same item. There also appears to be a Walther OEM plate.

I am seeking opinions on a Walther PDP Pro 5.1 SD. I’m thinking to kit one out with a Surefire X300, Holosun 509t, and Rugged Obsidian as a home defense rig. Does this platform suppress well? are there any durability or reliability issues with it? how would you rate the build…any parts you would recommend swapping out? any issues with the optic mounting plate?

curious what your perspective is on running a USP 9 LEM? my mindset is that I’d like to compete with what I carry every day. any downside to this approach?
I’ve got a VP9L and Q4 SF I can run fast as well, going to order the Dara action sport holsters for all 3 pretty soon.
hey guys, anyone running the 5 inch match steel frame in competition? curious how it performs when compared with the polymer 5 inch match or against a 2011.
what are your thoughts on running 6 ARC instead of 556 for competition? I was shopping 75-77 grain ammo for my Super Duty and was annoyed that all the good stuff is over a dollar a round. at that rate I’m better off shooting 6 ARC for the 30% increase in range and energy for the same price. my only concern is barrel and bolt life since there doesn’t seem to be much data available with regards to the longevity and durability of those parts.

i picked up a RAL 8000 P2000 da/sa with night sights last Christmas and shot it for the first time yesterday. I did not like it nearly as much as the brand new USP 9 I shot right after. I know these things are discontinued now so the street price has gone up, was hoping someone could give me some advice on how best to offload it and repurpose the funds into another USP.
