I have primary lawn mapped out. There’s no where in the app that allows me to create another map?

Since Airbnb changed its pricing structure in October of 2025(taking 15.5% directly from the owner) bookings have been down. I feel like many owners didn’t increase their nightly rate, thus taking a 15.5% hit, and that’s why their listing gets pushed up and mine is in the back. Any other owners feel the same way?

In general, do you get better results targeting more specific interests. Let’s say I’m looking for more guests to book my airbnb.

If I target interest: vacations, fishing, mountains, boating

Is my ad going to be shown to a person with all those interests or someone with any one of those interests. My question is if I pick too many interests, does that narrow down the target population.

Can someone show me step by step instructions on how to set up Facebook ads for your listing? The resources out there are scant.
