As title says, I got rejected after meeting hiring manager casually, she told me about another role opening in same team which I might be more interested. But got rejected for that one too. Later I found that whole team was speaking a particular language which I don't speak. Anyway company's language is English. Should I assess the team before applying? Am I doing wrong meeting hiring manager casually?

I have been having tanned face and melanin around the neck area, I started using cicaplast baume b5 it changed my skin just over a week but I took long enough to find this product and try. Is there any other good product that you are using and have good effects like improving skin texture, better for makeups, improving skin tone even? As title says, I got rejected as soon as I had a casual meet with the hiring manager for an internal role. The discussion was so simple with role demands and team structure and daily activities. I didnt have one of the skill but he himself said it could be learnt. Between it was a junior role and I am an intern there.
