- Exhaust cat back exits passenger side, K&N standard filter, tune up including coils, cleaned MAF/etc, flushed radiator
- Replaced driveshaft, drain/fill/seal rear diff, replaced shocks
- Rebulit entire front suspension with true 3" lift, drop coils/springs, inner/outer, upper/lower controls and ball joints, sway bar ends, alignment...
- Replaced both front hubs and actuators
- New rotors/brakes all around about 4k ago
Everything works, no gremlins except the stupid channel up button for the radio does what it wants sometimes no matter how many times it's been cleaned

I am not interested in hosting more than one person - but will consider situations. This is not a sublet or roommate situation. 1 carport spot and a fob to use the amenities. Has washer and dryer in unit. You will be responsible to help clean for move-out inspection happening on July 24th.
