O ano era 2011,Corinthians x Botafogo em São Januário,Corinthians disputava o título e vencia por 2x0 mas o Botafogo pressionava em busca do empate

Até que Júlio Cesar o goleiro quebrava o dedo,Tite já tinha feito todas as substituições o que significa que algum jogador que não era goleiro teria que assumir o lugar deixando time com um a menos,então Júlio Cesar aguentou a dor e falou "eu não saio"

E assim ele ficou até o apito final fechando o gol
