The dream I just woke up from

 I went to family gathering but like the people from school who bully me were there and some other friends of there's that either don't actually exist or I don't know who they are, there was like this competition thing.  The people from school didn't want me to win so they starved me and his me in a room with all of them and one of the people I don't know was a cannibal and threatened to eat me. So when they all fell asleep I escaped but then I walked past these two girls doing what looked like a SHEIN ad for a rug that was definitely not bought from SHEIN. So I went to the ladder that took me down stairs while this creepy dog watched me and I think he ate people too or was a person in a dog suit,  and then everyone was there that wasn't the people from school and I told them everything (ps. this is an old dream im just reposting here)

Is Sunnydale suburbs worth it?

I'm thinking of getting the Sunnydale suburbs prebuild cuz I'm not very good at building and I want smth that a min of 3 people can live in while having a private space (for roleplays with friends) I have 630k and am still farming, does anyone think the price and build is good for what I need?
