Is taking CS50 Scratch first a good approach, or would you recommend sticking directly with CS50x Week 0? Thanks!

Hello guys. I had paid fee for NET on june 12. But the problem is that they don't send me email that your fee is submitted although date selection options are showing and also they dont give me disclaimer that you have these days to select NET dates or we will select you date. Please tell me if they don't send me fee submission email is it problem or not? Also after how many days we can select date? Like 4 or 5 or no limit? Any advice will be appreciated.
