Good afternoon ladies good afternoon gentlemen,
As I write this I am at the position of attention with one arm typing just incase there are NCO’s, SNCO or O’s reading this. So there I was, waiting in line at the SOI PX in Pendleton. Now keep in mind, I’m a pretty squared away marine. I have a killer high and tight, I tuck my shirt in and I blouse my jeans while wearing my jungle boots (for better insulation). Chesty himself would be proud- anyways, I’m in line buying an SOI battalion hoodie to wear out in town and the cashier is a sergeant. We make eye contact and the next thing you know he has me doing high knees while yelling diddies and ITing the FUCK out of me. He tells me this is what I should expect when I enter the fleet… is this true? I’m scared… Also how did he even know I hadn’t hit the fleet yet? I’m at a loss of words and I’m shaking. Please help. It appears I had had some personal stuff stolen from me overseas. Long story short I came back to the states from a UDP early because I had to EAS. My personal belongings were sent back to the states but with a ton of my stuff missing such as my passport, patches and foreign currency I had from other countries. Is it too late to do anything? If so, what can I do?
