Whenever I convince someone to play NG, I show them this

I know Sigma 2 is looked down upon by the wider fanbase but in this moment, I didn't even think about that and I collectively said this is peak action gaming right here. And this game what it's based on is the greatest action game, running on the most powerful machine. The Xbox 360.

I hate this series sometimes

Like. This is the most Ninja Gaiden 2 death imaginable and this is what people love about the series. But in this moment I literally said "bullshit" out loud and beat him the next try and flying swallow actually worked.....

Dawn of the Machine full review

Hello I have finished the newest expansion and I gotta say it has been one wild ride. As I said in my first impressions, this is one of the most expansive and most ambitious quake expansions ever. The changing between dimensions on the fly, the new weapons, monsters and just the level design in general is peak. I think the best levels in this expansion are the ones before you enter the runic Nexus, because those are the best designed ones. This expansion also has many dark souls interconnectivity with it, which was intentional. Because in the Dawn of the Machine video from Quakecon the devs of Machinegames explain many things, and the level design was very much inspired by Dark Souls.

The difficulty of this expansion is high, especially later on where I have to save scum a lot of the arenas because the devs throw some of the most insane BS encounters at you. I'm not gonna spoil them here, but some late game encounters are insanely hard. And this expansion love throwing shamblers at you. Also in terms of arenas this expansion is amazing also, and the traps are very mean and cruel, but that is the fun of Quake and Romero was very happy. >!The boss fight at the end of the expansion was really good and a step up from the base game boss. Which was just switch two switches and kill it, it has an entire phase, and moveset and you have to dodge its many projectiles to win. It turns into a bullet hell boss very quickly, so if you're used to Heretic or Hexen you should feel right at home. !<

Overall I give this expansion a solid 10/10 and is something any Quake fan and boomer shooter fan should experience, because this is easily the best official Quake expansion of all time. Machinegames cooked with this one and I give them the utmost praise, if they're reading this props to you. Anyway, I'll see you all later. Also here are more screenshots.

Some Dawn of the Machine screenshots

Here are some screenshots I took from the switch version and I'm just in awe on how giant these maps are and how interconnected they are. This reminds me of a Dark Souls 1 map in terms of verticality and interconnectivity. Machinegames really went out of their way for this expansion

Me and my homies hate the Vores

Playing the fifth map of the new expansion and met the vore for the first time, when I saw five vore balls come at me I knew to pack it up 😭 these maps are utterly insane with the enemy count. But I'm loving this expansion because the maps are so large.

Dawn of the Machine First Impressions

Hello all I'm here to discuss the newest free episode for Quake 1 and that is Dawn of the Machine. When I first heard about this I was excited, because I do like the Machinegames expansions, they push forward the Quake formula in new ways. But when I first booted up this episode I was greeted with one of the biggest opening difficulty maps ever. The towering castle and the large logo made me really excited. I choose my difficulty and I start the first map, immediately changing dimensions was insane. I was like "what the hell" because it's something that hasn't been done in Quake before. The first map is good, long and intricately designed. Then the second map, 172 enemies???? In a Quake 1 map. Insane, but it's easily my favorite map so far in this expansion because it's one large sprawling castle. Which I love castles and this has some of the most fun arenas, new enemies to contend with. Also the scale and verticality of the map is wild also. I'm on the third map and I'm excited to play more.

Overall I think this is easily Machinegames best work and probably my new favorite expansions for this game, because for how ambitious and large of scale it is. If you have played the expansion please have your thoughts down below. I wanna discuss new quake content.

Found a game breaking bug?

Apparently after this fiend battle, this door was supposed to open but it didn't, this is where I would get my tonfa's but the door remains closed. I've killed all the enemies, I've wandered around the lobby area several times, thinking there is an enemy straggler. But I'm alone, I've restarted this save numerous times and it still happens. I think I have to restart my entire save file.

Can't believe Team Ninja and Koei Tecmo didn't catch this.

What is this game bro

So I beat the game already. And I unlocked I believe endless mode and I'm using my cracked out Rachel build and it's insane and the dopamine hit of this game is nutty sometimes. And this is running on the switch. I dunno what black magic Omega Force did this game runs hella good

I think I'm addicted.

I got Warriors Abyss on the eshop for ten dollars and I always found it fun, but my initial goal was to unlock Ryu Hayabusa because I'm a Ninja Gaiden fan. But it turned out to be a wild ride to unlock every character under the sun and just have the most braindead fun ever.

Also I'm putting my poor switch through the ringer with this game. I'm shocked my switch hasn't exploded with how much graphical stuff is going on. Also for this clip I'm using Ayane because I wanna unlock all NG characters(which I did).

Also. Photosensitivity warning.

Hello!

Hello Chanmina fans um, I'm Leon and I joined this small community because I recently became a fan of her content and the messaging she brings to the songs. Also I like her insane confidence in herself and basically flips the social norms of Japanese society on their head. Which I always liked that. Bijin and NG are fantastic social commentary.

Also I was wondering if the discord invite was still around?

From Tokyo With Love Honest Review

Hello everyone it's Leon and I'm here to give you a brief review on what I think of the album. Obviously this has been very anticipated for me and I've had Oi AG! On repeat for like days before today. But I'll be up front, this is easily their best album and several songs are just bangers.

Also finally after 11 years we get actual solo songs for all the members and that is mainly what I was looking forward to. Catch That Train is obviously my favorite, because Kanon is my oshi and always will be. But Kore de E is super cute and Waiting for a Good Time is good and jazzy. Of course Suzuka's solo is amazing as well.

The other songs are hits as well. Ttttokyo is just fantastic and just a vibe all around, I constantly sing it all the time. Leave it All Behind is the new song we haven't heard before and it's fantastic. Very aggressive sounding track with a message of leaving it all behind. Utage Hikaru is fun as well, with great music reminds me of R-Type. Chanka Chanka is the only song I'm iffy on, it's the one teaser song that wasn't replaying for me. Oi AG of course was the first song to get me back into the band and I can't be happier.

Anyway. Thank you for reading leaders and I hope you all have a wonderful day! ✌️

Call it a skill issue, I really hate the Machinegames expansions

I am no means a great quake player, hell I play on controller and these Machinegames expansions have been the hardest challenge I've ever had to face in this game. So many enemies, little health packs, stingy ammo. And they throw so many mid to high tier enemies at you in the third map I rage quit several times. Because of a grenade hitting me from around a corner, being swarmed by death knights and regular knights. This goes for Quake II also. The expansions had hardcore players in mind first.

What causes me to get one tapped by a DOG?

I was playing the first expansion like I always do and this one doggo one shots me when I have 95 armor and 92 health. Is this one of this ID Tech jank or did I get severely unlucky?

Was doing a jump cancel and I made it awkward.

This was entirely unintentional but I can't stop laughing at this

Small manga haul!

Hello all! So I recently sold some books I really never going to read and they were collecting dust and the store credit I got Tokyo Babylon the dark horse release because I love CLAMP and these dark horse releases are nostalgic for me because this is how I read Clamp stuff. Also Tokyopop. Then my library has a book sale going on and they sell manga very rarely. So I snagged two volumes of Air Gear. I didn't have enough for their entire Trigun Maximum collection(I wanted them also, maybe next weekend) Overall I'm pretty happy with what I paid! Now on to finding the rest of the Babylon omnibuses

JPFans First Haul!

Parcel: 2062076341272006658

Hello all. This is Leon and this is my first ever time using a proxy service and I was impressed with my order. I was very scared to use it at first due to shipping costs and last minute delivery. But it has been smooth sailing.

What I got is something I always wanted, that is the 10th Anniversary Blue Exorcist Databook? Artbook? Whatever you call this thing, of course I can't read Japanese but I can look at the gorgeous artwork. This was also very cheap since the USD is worth less than the Yen. Got this for 5.95 with a mecari coupon. Overall, I'll be using this service again when I get more money, and a steady income to pay those pesky fees!!!

This was a fun experience and I wouldn't even have used this app if it weren't for me winning a giveaway. Anyway thanks for reading

I can't have been the only one to catch this

This is clearly Doom 4 assets and has the same tone, when I was watching the trailer and the DLC title came up. I immediately thought, we will be exploring Doomguys backstory and the various earlier doom games. Which is why we get a reimagined Doom II map.

Also this trailer reminds me of God of War Valhalla in some ways because both games are Revelations of the main character in some ways, and calls back to the original series. Overall this trailer has got me excited and hyped. July 7th can't come fast enough. Let Hugo and ID Cook.
