samsung windfree AI ac - very bad quality and Worst ac service ever

My Worst Experience with Samsung WindFree AC – DONT EVEN THINK OF BUYING

modders plz dont thing my post is fake im writing this out of frustration,

I purchased a Samsung WindFree AC from kolkata great eastern. expecting premium quality, but my experience has been extremely disappointing.

Within just 40 days of installation, the outdoor unit's fan broke off and the salesperson identified it and not even Replacing the fan. but after multiple Of times of calling, after 30 days they replaced the fan and now after two months old AC the indoor unit noise is coming and. The noise is so much that I cannot sleep in night. They came and inspected it and told that this noise cannot be resolved. as the noise doesnt happen all the time, it appears randomly and then doesnt end. It has manufacturing defect which cannot be resolved even in warranty and cannot replace the indoor unit. And whenever I call them next time, they cut the call out of my face.. im stuck in this situation now.

What is more disappointing than the product failure is Samsung's after-sales service. Even after identifying the problem, the technician has not provided a proper resolution and I have been waiting for days with repeated promises but no action.

I have been a loyal Samsung customer and have purchased multiple Samsung appliances, phones, tv , washing machine.. but this experience has seriously damaged my trust in the brand.
its a premium high price AC.

Very disappointed with the product quality and customer service.

Samsung AC noise problem

I have bought Samsung air conditioner , bespoke AI windfree 2026 model. They are conditioner is 3 month old and this type of loud noise is coming through my Samsung air conditioner indoor unit.

I have contact the customer support they've given a local technician to contact me. but he told me that it is because of dust. but I don't believe it's dust. The noises increasing day by day. so I when I call him back they doesn't pick up my call.

Have anyone faced the same issue or can provide what is the real issue of the air conditioner?

Samsung WindFree 1.5T AC broken since Day 1. Terrible customer service, stuck in "parts ordered" limbo for 2 weeks.

Bought a Samsung WindFree 1.5T AC in May. On June 1st, the outdoor unit fan broke and started making a horrible noise. Technician came on June 2nd and said he ordered a replacement part. It’s now been two full weeks and nothing has been fixed. I can’t even turn the AC on because the indoor unit is making noise now too. Every time I call customer care, they just say "parts are ordered but not delivered yet" and claim they have no idea when they will arrive. I'm stuck in the peak summer heat with a useless new appliance. How do I escalate this to get Samsung to actually take action? Any emails or Twitter handles that work?
