Delivery is fully handled by us.
Pay: 30% of every setup fee + 30% of the monthly retainer for as long as the client pays. No cap. Residuals continue even if we part ways.

I'm Ahmad and i have been doing seo for local service companies only
now I want to explore seo for ecom stores.
but I do not know anyone that has one or want to make one
I only know 1 person but their store involves models so im not comfortable with it (glasses store)
what is my goal? seo only, not running paid ads
i want people to be able to find the products naturally in search engines and AI platforms
I'll also design and develop it customly, not with shopify or similar CMSs
adding the products though, and managing the store also wont be part of my resposabilty. (just to be clear)
not looking to get paid by this job either.

Sharing results for a local cleaning company I am doing SEO for.
My favorite projects are always the new ones. Fresh domain, clean code, no baggage. This one found traction in under 3 months and I'm already missing the build phase.
what drove fast results?
The strategy I used is a broad net strategy. treat each 43 services as pillars, support it with service-area pages with all the areas the client covers (my client its 138 areas).
also website is bilingual and getting results from Arabic and English speaking clients.
still lots of work to do!
