Anyone looking to buy the Imploding the Mirage Cassette Tape

I have one and I’m just curious if anyone is looking to buy it. It’s in very good condition.

Let me know!

I’m not sure if I’m allowed to ask this but I couldn’t find the subs rules … sorry if not allowed!

Recommend me a book where the main character has to heal and improve him or herself

I have a lot of healing and fixing to do in my character. I want to read a book where the main character works on himself and gets better. Where the main character improves his situation and doesn’t get left behind in life.

It can be fiction or nonfiction.

Paradise is Such A Sad Song

Paradise is a song that tells the story of such a sad man. He’s getting left behind at his work, he cared for his dad when his dad never cared for him and left him to start another family and paradise is beyond the shadows of his dreams! It talks about job insecurity and taking care of family and never getting to paradise!

What Was The Name Of That Bush That Brandon Loves The Smell Of While Showering?

I really want to buy some! Do you guys remember what it’s called? He mentioned it in one of the last interviews!

Thanks for the help!

UPDATE: Did anyone take down all of the other artists that Brandon mentioned he likes. The only one I could remember was Zach Top and Zach Bryan but I know Zach Bryan already and really like him!

All Songs Considered: The Definitive Millenial Anthem

The Killers were mentioned in this show and it was fun just to listen to as a whole episode as an elder-ish millennial but also cool to hear The Killers mentioned!

Enjoy!

Recommend Me Restaurant Dishes with Lots Of Veggies. All Over Vegas.

Hi guys!

I'm looking for recommendations for dishes with meat, or some form of protein but that have a lot of veggies too! I spend a lot of time driving around the city. I'm kind of homeless right now too. And I'm looking for dishes (ethnic would be a big plus!) that have a lot of veggies along with the meat.

I want to get healthy. And that means more veggies. Ethnic restaurants often have lots of veggie heavy dishes, which is awesome. And they have lots of flavor! Even better.

I'm open to restaurants all throughout the valley, as I will probably be all over the valley here and there and it would mean a lot to me to whoever writes. I'm pretty damn unhealthy and I don't want to die. I want to live to see my children grow up. Please help!

Thank you!

(I'll give a few examples just because I can. Island Pacific market on Tropicana and Durango will fry you a fish for free all you pay is the price of the fish. I got 2 meals worth of Pompano fish fried up for me for $5.49.. incredible deal, yummy, easy, wow! Similarly Seafood City makes a dish called Laing which is taro leaves in sweet coconut milk, it's a Filipino veggie dish that I paired with Chicken Adobo and Rice and it was yummy. It's a little bitter and smokey and creamy. It was kind of similar to creamed spinach! Cool!)

Please Help!!! How To Make Some Money?

Hi guys..

To the moderator's: Please allow this, I'm not looking to do any harm, I really just need help!!

Does anyone have a Mobile Detailing Car Wash business that needs a new worker? I once tried out for a job doing this, so I have a tiny bit of experience. I would need to be trained, but if your patient with me, I will work really hard and be a reliable employee!

I'm in a desperate situation, so it would mean the world to me!

If you know anyone or have any ideas for making money, please let me know, or pass along my information!

If anyone needs the weeds pulled in their lawn or anything, or Ikea furniture to be built, let me know! And if you have ideas for money making share them with me! I'd love some more ideas!

Thanks a million!

EDIT: Other things I can do include:
Weeding Lawns
Picking Up Dog Poop
Personal Shopper
Dog Walking
Taking people to doctor's appointments
I can take people who don't have car's to work or out as well! (If it makes sense I can beat uber/lyft prices and I'm a safe person.)
Washing Houses (For a realtor, say)
Cleaning bathrooms

ISO a book buddy who…

That’s looking to learn about other cultures/how to be kind hearted/stories with a lot of character development/books that don’t have the white male gaze/books with strong female main characters/fiction..

I listen to my books via Libby app from the library .. I’m very interested in books from the Middle East right now. The first book I listened to was Fatima Farheen Mirza’s A Place For Us which was about an Indian American Muslim family in America and their family dynamic and a tenderhearted love story tucked in. The second book I read was Together Tea about an Iranian American family and their family dynamic with a very sweet love story thrown in. And the third book I read was The Lion Women of Tehran which is also about Iranian women and ends in America. The last two books are by Marjan Kamali. I’m currently listening to A Woman Is No Man by Etaf Rum.

I’d prefer a man to be honest.. as I’m a family man and don’t want the opportunity to get tangled up in feelings with some woman out there on the interwebs .. Im also looking for a white guy like me, not because I’m raciest but because as a white guy who is trying to not be a part of the patriarchy and to expand my viewpoints and learn about other cultures I feel that we can deconstruct our white patriarchy perspective together.

About Me: I’m a 36 year old guy who’s a quarter Spanish, who grew up in a big city, loves other cultures, is with a Salvadoran and Guatamalen woman. I have two children, ages, 8 and 2. I live in Vegas .. I am Christian but very progressive and I don’t believe in hell and I have much different views than are standard. I’m chunky, I love to bicycle. I love photography. I love people. I’m broke.

Do You Guys Feel Like Reading Is A Lonely Hobby? How Do You Feel About That If You Agree?

My heading says it all. I listened to A Place For Us by Fatima Farheen Mirza and then Together Tea by Marjan Kamali and then The Lion Women of Tehran and I’m having such a good time. But I also feel really lonely .. I feel like it’s just me and the story or just me and the author .. it’s funny though because there is such a thing as a book club where a group of people are all listening to or reading the same book and that sounds like it may address that issue. But I’ve never been a part of one lol. I think I was also sad because I wrote a question about what to listen to next after A Place For Us on a book Reddit and got no response.. It was really disappointing. What do you guys think?

Ice Cold Limeade, Exploration Peak

Hi everyone my son and I are selling ice cold limeade at exploration peak until we sell out or the ice melts completely.

Please come on by if you want a cup to support us. He really wants to sell this so he can help celebrate his mom for Mother’s Day! If you can stop by please do, we’re at the splash pad, but the park is mostly deserted. We totally didn’t expect this!

To the mods, please let this post go. I looked at the rules and it didn’t seem to break any. We’re just trying to sell our limeade. Be kind!
