Is there any point to stay 60 attack 70 defense?

I had created this account back in 2020 ish? I’m an RS3 player, but I liked the PvP aspect of OSRS. I never pk’d on it, but it was a fun journey created what I thought was the “perfect” but never played on it. Now I got the itch to play OSRS again. I’d like to do everything. For example last night I sent some Armadyl solos with those wildy keys and I got a chain skirt at 7 kc. Now I have 26m in my bank account and idk what to do. All tips and advice appreciated.

Dwarf murdered my hardcore!

I was minding my own business becoming a skilled professional miner and shinning up my metal working skills when I left my phone unattended to dismiss a random event (toddler) and when I came back I had been murdered down in the dwarf mines while attempting to collect some precious ores!

I guess times time for a name change 🤡 haha!

Honestly Ironman is so fun doing this type of stuff over main game. I log into my maxed end game account and it’s sooooo dull but I’m having a fun time smithing mithril plate bodies and adamant arrow heads? I’ll just continue this journey as a regular iron!

Made a little playground for my 2 year old toddler 😇

My yard was being killed off by the toys so I bought used turf from a baseball field for $1/Sqft off FB market page and it was so worth the $240! It took 8 grown men to move the roll and it wasn’t easy! I added it because gravel sucks and it’s so soft she’s just barefoot all the time without hurting her little feet. Super nice piece of turf.

Home Gym On A Budget

Long story short; we became parents 2 years ago and life happened, HA! Wife & I always say we don’t have time to go workout so we built this home gym last week which I guarantee we will have an excuse not to use as well lol. We’ve gained about 10-20 lbs since we became parents (used to be “fit” whatever that means).

-Fitness Gear Pro Series half rack & bench, Ethos bar, EZ curl, Ethos bumper plates (10,35,45s), rubber mat and about 20 not pictured bands. $600. Seller said he paid $2.2k + at Dicks

-Centr 5-30 dumbbell set with stand $150. Saw these retail for $450?

-LiveStrong Bike $100

-Pro Form incline treadmill $250

So all in $1,100 for this setup off FB market page. Solid condition all things are solid. Good deal or over paid?

Apex BOA

So I’m a $100-$150 (pushing it) type of boot guy. I work in Agriculture so I walk fields, drive 60k+ miles a year and do many presentations internally or pop out go a random customer meeting on call if needed.

I walked into redwing because I asked my boss about buying “ppe” boots after finding out we got a $100 waiver or something & he said just go to redwing and buy yourself a nice pair of boots.

After finding out about this locking mechanism I was sold, I said let me try out everything, but no slip ons or shoe laces please. I don’t need a steel or composite toe and I liked these as I felt them lightweight and comfortable plus they gave me hiker vibes etc. I enjoyed the look even though I know these might look off with my traditional every day jeans, belt and tucked in squared farmer shirt.

Also bought their over priced $75 insoles lol. Honestly buying redwing was a whole experience. And tbh I only spend this much because my boss told me so or else idk if I would with my own money. Currently rocking Georgia Boots those slip ons like Romeo’s.

We will see how they hold up as I don’t usually tear or go through boots like the people on this thread. Didn’t want any heavy duty boots for the light work my feet do. Just wanted to share :)

Oregón to Washington MA

Was an MA in Oregon for 8 years, became a mom and moved to WA state and haven’t worked for the last 2 years. Now I applied for 2 jobs and they both reached out, but they’re requesting my WA license… sucks I’ve been keeping up to date with my OR one. Is the only way to obtain the WA one is basically to re-test for the WA one and my OR license & experience becomes irrelevant?

Thanks

Clay Soils - concern for gardening/landscaping

Moved to Tri Cities and bought a new build with minimal plants (3?) so I’ve spent some money buying your boxwoods, roses, hydrangeas, emerald greens, shrubs, etc. They’re doing just fine it’s been like 2 months plus. Recently I mulched around to get rid of the rocks around the plant so I dug up a boxwood because I’m curious and the surrounding clay area was SOLID like concrete.

Yes I dug a decent hole and filled with potting soil etc. My question is, should I be digging massive carries to fill in with potting soil and then drop in my plant or how do things grow around here with these clay soils? I don’t see roots expanding anywhere beyond your root ball if it’s surrounded by clay and rocks your typical construction mix.

Thoughts? Obviously things grow here because they’re everywhere, I’m just curious how everyone does.

Someone tell me I’m not tripping lol - Azaleas

My azaleas in ground vs azaleas in pots. 2 different varieties obviously but the ones in those pots look rough? At least one of the pots looks rougher than the other right? Just tempted to transplant in ground and replace with some annuals in pots

Versa 4

Recently lost my Fitbit inspire 3 in an accident and wanted to get a new watch and found a pretty new Versa 4 on facebok market for $40. Very tempting but I read lots of negative reviews in #1 the versa 4 specifically and #2 apparently Fitbit is done with watches so everyone else looking elsewhere? Do I just stay away? $40 is pretty cheap

Eastern Washington - house was built in winter, sod went in sometime in December and it didn’t get any water until about a month ago in March 20s. I attached a picture of how it looked in early February when we bought it for reference.

My question is, what else can I do? Just a matter of time for the pieces to joint together and green up? How can I seed this up?

Thanks
