22 Inch Culinary propane question
Hey all, I just picked up a Blackstone 22 Inch Griddle and I fired her up for the first time this week. I found that when I hooked up a 30 pound propane tank that even on the lowest setting, my temperature temperatures were upwards of 4 to 450. I couldn’t control it. However, when I used one of the green portable propane tank tanks, it worked awesome. Is there a way around this so I could use a big propane tank for the summer and not have to always use the little ones? Is it something I’m doing wrong or is that just the way it is with the portable griddle?
