TD is doing insane, but I always feel like RBC is the safest option. RBC just feels more 'Canadian' and centrally owned (maybe I am biased because I am their client). All this to say, if SHTF my opinion is RBC will stay safer long term than TD

Why is it we keep seeing huge federal investments from Canada into the Quantum sector yet, doesn't seem like they are performing that well even with all the help?
Lets say the AI bubble pops and a recession happens, Canada will be hit hard. What is safe way to store any investments if I still wanted to keep it invested instead of pulling out into cash? I am thinking the big banks have to be safe?
I would of thought because of SpaceX hype, their suppliers and related companies would do well. But doesn't look like it in this case.

Oil & Gas have been a hot market because of the geopolitics so I have been buying Chevron to try and capitalize on it, but clearly Chevron is not the only Oil/Gas company. Thoughts on going in on similar (Exxon, Conoco...) as well, or is it better to hold only one company in this market for diversification reasons?
Bought some more Tesla alongside SpaceX IPO on Friday. But worried if SpaceX goes down on Monday over the weekend, so will Tesla.
