Best way to boost digestion and absorption of nutrients (opposite of malabsorption)
So I feel lethargic after eating.. It's Indian summers I guess Ojas is naturally low..
Iam doing Dr Vasant lad eating ginger piece witj lelon squeezed and sendha namak and have lavan bhaskar churna after 2 out of 3 meals.
It's very tasty can't help myself 😜
I also do 10 minutes vajrasana after each meal and 100 steps
Iam underweight 50kg at 5'8 35 age male
What else can we do to boost absorption and digestion
