6 days in and I have to stop

I got a bad mixture of side effects in the first week on 5mg a day.

-Complete lack of appetite
-Extreme dizzness
-Waking up in the middle of the night feeling some of the worst dread I’ve ever felt in my life
-Constant sweaty palms
-Twitching
-Nausea
-Feeling like my heart is pounding out of my chest

I had to drive to the ER at 1am because I genuinely thought I might have been having a heart attack I was shaking and extremely tense along with everything else that was happening and they told me to stop taking it until I could talk to my doctor.

My biggest issue is that I genuinely cant work with these side effects. I work a physical labor job and I just can’t operate normally.

Just curious if anyone else had these experiences and what they ended up doing? What should I ask my doctor when I bring this up next?

What can I do to improve my work?

Hello everyone.

These are my past 10 art pieces. I am overall pleased with the progress Ive made in the past year of drawing, especially on digital, mostly in the coloring / rendering department. However there is always room for improvement and I want to get some feedback on general things I could work on improving for the future.

Things Im aware need work:
-Gesture. I find especially when Im not using a reference when Im constructing forms I tend to make things look too rigid. And when I actively try to incorporate gesture my forms suffer. Still figuring out how to balance those two aspects.

-Perspective. I have a tendency to play it safe and just do flat head on perspectives without using any kind of foreshortening. I really want to get better at dynamic poses using forshortening and perspective.

-Anatomy. This is just a constant thing that can always be better.

Overall Im still getting used to digital mediums as most of my experience is doing figure / life drawings.

(Sistem51) If I change the date at the wrong time how will I know if the movement got damaged?

I just got a Sistem Boreal recently and I was adjusting the date, but I wasn’t aware that you shouldn’t change the date at a certain time interval, which it happened to be when I was adjusting it. If It messed up the internals at all how would I know?
