Air fried again.....

Had a cheeky kilo of wings burning a hole in the fridge earlier, so would have been rude not to whip up these little beauties. Rubbed with the Whiskey Bent "Bird" and a splash of olive oil, then air fried at 210c for just over 30 mins.

I made a different sauce this time. 40% butter, 40% Crystal, 10% El Yucateco Habanero Salsa, 5% Encona Exxxxxtra hot and 5% Tropical Sun, Scotch Bonnet. Lovely 😍

Goodbye my friend 😭

So last night I finished off the tastiest bottle of sauce I've ever had. I wish it was available in the UK at a sensible price.....I understand how logistics work, so if I make enough noise about how delicious this sauce is, maybe one of the UK wholesalers will contact @butterflybakeryofvermont and sort a deal out 🙏🏻 Here's hoping 😊

A couple of questions...

Hi there, first time posting here, but Ive been using a Philips Dreamstation for the past four years.

I use the humidifier setting, but I regularly wake up with the mask dripping water onto my face and the tube with a lot of water blowing towards me. I have the humidifier set to 2 although I would prefer the highest setting, I cant risk it because it would be ridiculous, I woke up almost drowning in the early days!

I dont overfill the reservoir and the unit is on the floor next to the bed....what am I doing wrong?

The second question I have is.... has anyone had an issue where the strap at the bottom of their neck is almost cutting into them and if so, what do you use to prevent this?

Many thanks in advance 😊

Air fried at home wings

Made these beauties a couple of days ago. Brushed a little olive oil on and covered them in Bone Suckin' sauces Hot seasoning. Air fried at 200c / 390f for just over 30 mins.

The Sauce was 50% butter 40% Franks and 5% each of Yellowbird Habanero and Marie Sharps Belezian heat.

Planning a trip.

I think Ive finally managed to persuade my Wife and Son that going.to get some authentic Texas BBQ is a great idea.... It.just.is!! 😉

Will probably be coming to Texas frim the U.K for 7 days, so I'd like to know what would be the best location to stay in to get the most.frpm the trip? We'd be renting a car (ideally a Mustang or similar muscle car) so would be prepared to put some miles in to achieve our goals!

All pointers will be greatfully recieved 😁

Thanks very much 🙌🏻

Decent and cheap (UK)

Ok, so now its almost impossible to obtain Walkerswood Scotch Bonnet sauce in the UK (without being fleeced) Ive been trying to find an alternative. So when I stumbled across this in a larger Tescos, I snapped up a bottle. Its pretty damn good 😁

Thermomaven P1 temp probe.

My Meater+ died after three years of (light) use, so after contacting them and being fobbed off with a piddly discount offer, I decided on buying the above.

So far, so good!

The base station displays the temperature, so no need to keep having to open your phone, it also has a solid feel to it and I like the app.

Connectivity wise, it shits on the Meater as you can go through WiFi.

I'd thoroughly recommend one if you're in the market for a temperature probe.....especially as its half the price of a Meater+ !

The great British Summer (and some jerk chicken).

33 degrees C and blazing sunshine when I thought it would be a good time to fire it up and cook some jerk Id had marinating for a couple of days... nothing fancy, just a jar of Grace jerk marinade and used up whet I had left of the jar of Walkerswood, green Bob Marley marinade. Smoked it with cherry wood at 375f with some allspice berries chucked on the coals...not sure how much of a difference they made though 🤔
