What filters/plugins could i use to make my mic sound like the compressed voicelines from Star Fox 64?

The question is basically it, i wanna make a scene on my obs with a 2-sprite png tuber of my face (mouth open and mouth closed), and make the mic sound like Fox, Falco, Wolf, etc. do.
For the PNG i assume i'm just gonna use an actual pngtuber i make myself (scale to sound plugin did not give the desired effect), but when it comes to audio i'm less knowledgeable and would appreciate the help.

Optimal? Nope. Useful? Probably not. Fun? Oh you bet.

Cammy Juggle points are really really fun to lab, i don’t even main her, i‘m primarily an Akuma and Terry player, but i'll always come back to Cammy and Ken on occasion, just to lab for an hour.

Also adding onto this: Does Cammy have a normal that will cause a stagger on Punish Counter that leaves them open long enough to get the (raw) DR 2HP in and combo?

Got reminded of a clip that happened on my first ever playthrough of 2016 (Level restart was required i believe)

This happened like 3ish years ago at this point, and in all my time playing Doom games i've only ever encountered 3 bugs that required a restart. 1) This one right here officer; 2) Doom 64 where a cyberdemon didn’t spawn, preventing level completion; 3) The teleporter at the end of Super Gore Nest Master Level broke and wouldn’t end the level (happened on switch), that one stung.

When i first discovered the C-AS i thought 'that could be my new daily driver'. After a few weeks of having it i think i was right

I really like the button switches, the ambient LEDs are a very nice touch, the customizable thumb row is great (i use it for Right Stick and L3), and i also already own a Booter-5. This is a custom layout that fits my needs, it’s ps5 compatible thanks to the booter, portable because of the magnetic stick and also blinged out because of a usb-c dust cover with a key chain ring. I Love this thing.

Haute42 C-AS Lever switches assigned to addon despite no addon being enabled or using switches 2&3. How do i disable this 'addon?'

As shown in Image 2 i have no addons enabled except for Analog sticks, and as shown in 3&4 Analog is using pins 26-29. there legitimately is no addon using these pins but it’s making it so i can’t use the Up/Down directionals on the lever. (They’re shown as always in use)

Does anyone know how i can turn this addon off? I've been able to assign the directionals instead of the addon a few times and saved the settings, but when the controller reboots the addon is just back.

Haute42 C-AS LEDs and screen completely disabled after rebooting/unplugging from web config tool

My C-AS arrived today and i immediately jumped into the web-config tool to customize my layout, and after rebooting the controller none of the button LEDs and the screen will no longer turn on.

After flash nuking it and installing the most recent firmware the screen turns back on, the Button and bottom LEDs don’t, and when i exit web config the same exact thing happens again.

I really want the LEDs and screen to work, does anyone know how to fix this?

I unfortunately don’t think i can join the Haute42 discord because i used to be in there and then my account got hacked and whoever did it spammed every channel in every discord with a crypto scam. I‘m pretty sure that got me banned from the Haute42 discord.

Looking to set a custom framerate for a specific Video Capture Device on OBS

I live in a PAL region and my CRT TV among other things runs at 50Hz, i want to use OBS to stream some old PS2 and N64 games etc. with a webcam set to either 50 or 25fps, can i set that framerate for a specific webcam, or do i need to change this in the global obs settings? Using 60 or 30 has had the side effect of horrible scanlines running across the screen, making it very hard to see. I would still like the webcam i use for my face and other capture inputs to be at the usual 60fps, just this one specific device needs to be at a PAL-friendly framerate.
