Needing some inspiration on using my 3d printer to help get back into jewelry making.

When I was a kid (12) a 28 year old man befriended me online. He bought me all kinds of things and showered me with compliments. He always insisted we meet in person which we did and it was an awful experience. He threw it in my face constantly. He bought me a lot so I should be careful on how I speak to him and he could have me arrested for stealing from him... He harrased and stalked me for years as I worked to get away from him and not be financially dependent on anyone ever again. Now I'm 26 and I talked about him at a dinner with friends and one of them said I was a victim and should report it but have no idea where to start. I don't want him to take advantage of anyone else and I've lived the rest of my life very privately and cautious about online. I'm terrified of him finding me if I report him and also not being believed. Is it worth reporting him or is it too late?

Looking into getting an engraver to start small side hustle. Things like small plaques and jewelry, if anyone has suggestions they would be greatly appreciated! I have used a mechanical engraver (they're crazy loud) and a laser engraver but it was in previous jobs. I had no input in suggesting a machine I just worked with the equipment and would love to hear from others that work in metal shops what worked for them.

We love our neighbors and community we have helped drive elderly neighbors to appointments and some neighbors got us involved with local neighborhood clean ups so we would love to stay...Current apartment is ideal, but when they sent our renewal offer we thought it would be based on how we were as tenants and it would be less... However it was increased, which I get things are getting more expensive. We decided our actual apartment wasn't worth it and looked at other places in the area. We saw that the apartment was listed a day after declining the offer for $50 more than our renewal back then for new tenants. We're 3 weeks out from moving and saw our current apartments now listed for $450 less than our renewal offer for new tenants. We have never been late on rent or had any issues living here. We're quiet, calm and helpful tenants and have even helped the office with their events. The only thing we can think of was that it was just the max 8% rental increase they can legally do. We would love to stay but have never tried negotiating our rent or even know if they would offer us that rate. We would have been happy to just continue paying what we were renting but when we asked what made it go up they said that was market rate for apartment now... However, considering no one has applied/ qualified since then they have lowered it significantly which makes us weary of the leasing office.

For anyone who has their own mental working and fabrication shop, where did you start? I've been welding for 10 years and got my metallurgy and Materials degree. I'm saving up for a shop but would love to work with someone who has their own shop to learn from them. I have cold emailed/called, I have even volunteered to do it for free. Some have been kind enough to shadow on weekends when they have excess work but any quick advice or tips you have would be greatly appreciated.
