Fisioterapia in Europa

Hi I'm Italian and I would like to study physiotherapy somewhere else in Europe. Would like advices about cheapest universities (or free ones), if they require a test to entry (like in Italy) and if there are universities with online theory part and in person apprenticeships. English required or Italian courses available as well.

Training frequency

Hello everybody. We know from researchers that a multi frequency approach is optimal to achieve hypertrophy, like training muscles twice per week. I tried this for years and always ended up feeling more tired and never progressing. Since few months I started listening more to my body and ended up training each muscle group once per week. I would rotate push ( pectoral and shoulders), leg (squat pattern), pull (back and biceps), leg (hinge pattern), training three per week. I improved all the lifts and gained more muscle. What's your experience or preferences about training frequency?

Kettlebell swing for hypertrophy

Any opinion about this? Do you believe the kettlebell swing do produce hypertrophy? Any personal experience?

Personally by reading studies I got the idea that it could help only beginners, at the very very begin of their training journey.
