Working in law firms

Hello, how do you handle a boss na masyadong
madali mairita at magalit?

Yung tipong konting inconvenience lang pasigaw agad.

There was a time na ako yung na blame because one original exhibit was missing. I know for a fact na hindi talaga ako ang nakawala nun. I always made sure na naka clip yung mga evidence eh. Not my fault man na nakakalat ulit yung mga yun pag dinadala nya sa court during hearings.

I was just crying all night, wala na ako gana.

Honestly, the boss is also rude. Shouts at delivery riders, minsan makikipag argue sa judge.

How to handle parenting difficulties

I'm curious how other parents handle this.

After you've yelled at your child, what helps you repair the moment?

I've been learning a lot about how much those few minutes afterward can shape the relationship, and I'm interested in hearing what's actually worked for other families.

I've also come across a free parenting workshop on this topic that I found helpful.

Hi!

So my client is a parent coach.

We constantly post on social media with clear CTA. (Free parenting support session/lead magnet pdfs)

We have:
-Website
-Funnels
-Automations

However, we could not land a paying clients after posting for 7 months.

What could be the problem? any idea will be much appreciated.

Advice on Non-Compete and Non-Solicitation Clause on the Contract.

Hi, I'm working under agency. For those who are under agency before and are now working with their clients directly, how did you do it?

Sobrang baba talaga ng salary under this agency and my founder and I have decided to work directly after leaving the agency.

The damages for non compete and non solicitation are too high.

What to do so the agency will not know, and if they learned about it, will they really sue me?
