Damaged Item

I ordered an amp and it took a big enough hit to push the power switch back into the amp, Waiting my 5 days for the dispute resolution, Will they allow to me to take it to an amp repair tech to get an estimate, $75 diagnostic charge? Or should I just push for a full refund and look for another, not many out there though. Just don’t want to partially settle and find out it’s has other problems. Easily could have damaged tubes etc.

Need Truck Help

I have an idea in my head that requires a Back and Gold Truck, I want it to be a decent Truck, Currently run Indy 11 but I am open as long as they are quality. Won’t be much of a rider mostly a hanger but still want quality. Does anyone make a nice Gold and Black, not a fan of the AF1 Gold to dull, the board is either a 7.5 or a 9. Thanks

Old School Blazers

So I am not new but it feels that way, I have been away for a long time, 20 years but getting back in. Back then I hated the giant shoes that were in style so I skated Blazers, Are you able to find reg not 77 and not SB but just Blazers in your area? I am struggling, if not if you have skated them what might be a similar alternative, minimum padding etc.

Hard tail String Spacing

I bought a ‘72 Telecaster Deluxe and found after I got it home that the previous owner changed the bridge to a more narrow string spacing. Went from a 2 7/32 to the modern 2 1/6. I knew that the saddles were different he said he changed the for the common digging into his hand. Will this cause issues over time? Should I change it back?

My Les Paul Alternative

Started a thread yesterday about what I should get to get that type of sound if I didn’t want an lP. Decided to give this a try

I am a fender guy and have my Tele, Strat and Acoustic figured out. I now really want a Dual bucker guitar with that low end and grit. I am not much on the weight or look of a LP, but found after playing a SG they have more Highs and not enough low end. What else is out there to give me that bottom heavy grit? All help is appreciated. I tried putting this in /Guitar but it kept being deleted by Reddit, not mods but Reddit, so confused.

This is an ST600 right, the only thing throwing me is I thought it had the name on the Head Stock

So I bought my Dream Strat since I was a kid, a first year Strat Ultra. The problem comes into play where I really don’t want to play it. It is in pristine NOS shape, with every piece of case candy including the Strap, locks, hang tag etc. I know I should just play it, it’s what it’s there for but I am babying it. It made it 35 years in this condition and feel wrong and no matter what I tell my self I am just reaching for others.

So I want a Strat I can play and beat around, but still has a really nice feel, which this one feels amazing. What out there for under $1000 used still feels nice but would never fall into the “collector” guitar? I do like my Road Worn Tele but they have crept up above $1000 now. Yes I know I will get down voted into the ground for not playing it. Thanks for any opinions.

I don’t use midi, and use a separate reverb pedal, if the one that I am buying includes that little external switch is there anything else that makes the V2 worth another $75? Looking in now between a Halo and a V1 for about the same price.
