Hue site: where are startup/restart instructions?

I may be overlooking something

My bridge has not been connecting for a week.

Looking on the Hue site.

I see nothing about how to restart this.

Looking at videos on YouTube. idk if they're right.

Looking through Reddit. Bits and pieces.

There must be a spot that Hue has start up/restart instructions.

Lots of how to add this new product etc.

Not sure how to talk to relatives about how I'm doing when their aunt was my unhinged mother at home.

Im in my 60s

My mom had 4 siblings. 3 of them had probably 5 children.

On Christmas there were family gatherings with lots of cousins.

As a kid, I was already living in shock (dissociation). My mom would go off on me with a belt. Welts on my legs and sometimes arms. Why? I didn't know. This occurred until I was maybe 15. I put up my hands and said, no.

So, I really live in a fog during those gatherings.

No one knew.

I did not understand until I was 50 that I was dealing w CPTSD. The last few years I began improving.

My mom was Jekyll and Hyde. I began to understand that things probably happened to her growing up (her mom was bitter).  No excuse. But, I was able to work through some things, and before she died a few years ago, I really could say I had developed a bit of a relationship and love for her.

Anyhow, there's a cousin that had asked several times to get some lunch in the past. Remembers those "good times".

I put him off.

I think that now I want to.

Basically to say that it wasn't him, but I don't see a way not to say what it's been.

Trying to think of something generic, obscure, but truthful.

"Growing up for me was pretty rough. I developed some serious PTSD, and I am finally seeing some signs of recovery. I lived life in a fog, and I really don't remember much of those times. So, how are you?"

Edit I have had to work through a bit of grief over how my mom's actions many years ago have robbed me of a simple thing like getting lunch with a cousin.

What would these be called?

Found a recipe i liked and thought of a way to change it up

Version 1 a recipe I found

Sauted onions, garlic, and a half a sliced up precooked sausage

Through in some home made cajan spices, 2  cups of broth, and about 1.5 cups of whipping cream.

Brought it to a boil, and then through (threw) in 1 cup of some sort of penne rigate pasta

After about 7 minutes I put in some shrimp.

Then added mozzarella cheese.

Version 2 : IDK, I wanted to change it. No cheese or cream, added diced tomatoes

Sauted onions, garlic, and a half a sliced up precooked sausage

Through in some home made cajan spices, 3 cups of broth, and a can of diced tomatoes.

Brought it to a boil, and then through (threw) in 1 cup of some sort of penne rigate pasta.

After about 7 minutes I put in some shrimp.

Time constant for ventilator (Medical)

No idea what flair to use. Sorry

Time constants are mentioned in our ventilator classes.

The time constant is about 63.2%.

Am I thinking correctly here?

If the total volume was 100 ml, that in 1 second it would be down to 36.8 ml.

Then in another second 63% of that would be gone (about 13.55 left), and then in another second 63% of that is left ( 4.99), and then 1.84 and 0.68 at 5 time constants.

I saw a CX5 with 19 inch wheels on a parking lot.

Got me to thinking about it.

We are supposed to be getting Servos.

I have come across some information about how the Adaptive Flow works.

Although its in the ACVC mode with a constant waveform, it is basically a whole different mode than ACVC if the patient breathes much more than the vent.

Servo ACVC with adaptive flow allows the patient to overbreathe by going into a pressure mode if they breathe in -3 cm/h2o.

The I time decreases to not overshoot the set Vt, except if it happens more at the end of the breath.

I've seen some ventilator pics. The pressure waveform is not looking like anything our staff is going to be used to hahaha.

We are planning to have our ACVC default setup to be on a decelerating/ramp waveform. This is what everyone is used to w our PB 980s.

How are other people using the Adaptive Flow? As a bridge between ACVC and PSV?

Require different mode name for documentation or specific orders for it?
