How do you fly in saints row 2?

Got inspired to play Saints Row 2 again after seeing the new Juiced Patch V9.0.0 update

How many new trophies/achievements do you think Man of Honor will add?

I think there will be achievements for collecting all the new wanted posters and doing all stunt jumps. Then maybe some for doing X amount of certain activities like salieris jobs or sulphur trucks. Of course i expect 2 achievements for completing the 2 new chapters

[GTA V Enhanced] Anyone else getting heavy microstutters only in GTA Online?

After the latest patch everytime i drive fast i keep getting constant microstutters, similar to UE4/5 traversal stutter, singleplayer is fine from my testing, and this latest dlc only made this worse as i had this happen since enhanced was released on pc. i have a 9800x3d and a 4070 ti super so my cpu and gpu should be more than enough for this game, i also tried downclocking my ram to see if that would be the culprit, no difference.

Weird performance and low gpu power draw

i have a 9800x3d and 4070 ti super, yet i cannot reach 60fps regardless of DLSS being on performance or quality, and turning off ray tracing does absolutely nothing for performance, and i noticed my gpu power draw being lower than in other games. is there any way to fix this?
