First night (morning) done and I'm very pleased with the concept. (South Sweden)
I recently bought this setup and didn't try sleeping in it until now. I work night shifts so I thought it would be a good idea to try it after my shift ends at 4 am on my way home. Everything was rigged by 5 am. I had some trouble falling asleep and I didn't sleep as long as I wanted. Mostly because of daylight and birds singing I think. The UQ kept me very warm from underneath so I only used the sleeping bag as a blanket which was nice because I hate getting in and out of them. The ridge line was too short which made me sleep like a banana so I made it a little longer now and it felt better immediately. I forgot my tent sticks at home so I had to improvise a little when putting up the tarp but it worked for now. Won't forget them next time. I also forgot my pillow I planned to use but I managed to sleep without it using the top part of the sleeping bag as a makeshift pillow. Overall very good experience and waking up in the middle of the forest was amazing. Thanks for all the help and advice I got from you guys here.
