House decorating help, please. This is probably a noob question

So I fell in love with this room and used a trainer to get it. The item circled in blue seems to be missing from the catalogue, and the two items in red won't place the same way they do here. Are there moveobject cheats for this game, like the sims, to do this? Or do I have to upgrade my house in order to place these itemsthe same way?

I tried putting the plant/dish rack down first, and the table/counter would not place.

Everything also seems to sit lower on the wall than it does in the furniture store, which is irritating, but I can live with it.
