I’ve had pain on my legs/arms during my whole life. It’s similar to a burning sensation combined with a cold feeling on the affected area. No other symptoms like redness or swelling. Cold temperatures and physical activity makes it worse.

I’ve been to two different doctors and both said it’s likely due to hyper mobility, but my father side of the family also experienced the same pain and none of them are hyper mobile.

Sometimes I feel pain multiple times a day, and it lasts between ten minutes to an hour. It’s also common for me to go through some days with no pain at all, the intensity varies a lot. It generally affects my legs, and sometimes from my shoulder to my hand.

Does this sounds like hypermobility pain at all? I’m not looking for medical advice, but any similar experiences or information are appreciated!
