About ready to call it quits

I'm glad I'm not the only one having these issues, but I'm sorry it's happening at all. I've loved Spark for years, but it has become unusable in the last week.

How is Apple Mail? Does it suck less than it used to? I have been using Gmail's mobile while attempting to ride out this Spark issue.

"Health" coaching when the two photos look exactly alike

This woman posts constantly about her "health journey" and how she's "lost weight" using whatever this MLM is that she is a "health coach" for. She's always looked great, before and after. And she looks exactly the same in both photos—always, in each set she posts. I have no idea what she thinks is different or why she ever needed to be different.

It's kind of infuriating and I feel bad for women seeing this who might be feeling shamed about their own body seeing how she looks good BEFORE and after. 100% unrelated to whatever "health" stuff she's doing.

No easy way to auto-export/update audience to email platform?

Is there really no easy way to sync your subscribers to an external email platform like MailerLite? How do the big accounts do it, are they literally just exporting and re-importing all the time?

I know you can send email via Substack, but it kinda sucks. It seems like about half my audience gets those.

Is there a reason to NOT enable auto-updates for Plugins?

I've had someone on my team doing these updates, but I'm paying them to make them on a monthly basis (and actual manual updates on my sites.) Is there some reason I wouldn't just enable auto-updates?

UPDATE: Thank you, everyone! I will keep paying someone to assist.

Need an app for photo editing

Hi, I'd like an app that works on Mac for photo editing. I need to do the simplest stuff and I had one but it's now outdated and off the market. I have to resize images, remove backgrounds, crop, stuff like that. Canva is actually terrible for the basics like resizing.

Most confusing situation on 90 Day ever

I just saw a post about "Mahogany" and Ben and I have to say, this is the most perplexing situation I can recall in 90 Day history, on any season of any of the shows. WHAT happened here and why did it happen? This woman was almost definitely a sort of scam-plant, right? Kind of like the guy David who went to Ukraine about 10 times before finally "meeting" the woman he was talking to? Is this THE MOST confusing or am I forgetting a more confusing couple?

Are you sure you're into her?

It feels like he's talking about an awkward cousin he has to run into at a family gathering. Even the arm around her on the couch is just on the couch and not on her.

Little aches and pains

This is my second pregnancy, I have a son who is almost 3. I'm 11w+4 and having more of these random little aches and pains and of course getting freaked out about it and freaked out anytime there's discharge. It's not blood, it's just white or clear. I notice especially if I'm sitting too long or get up too fast. It feels early for this, but maybe that's what happens when it's my second time? Anyone else?

Hi all, with my son 3 years ago I was nauseous essentially 11 am to 6 pm every day for weeks on end. Low level, annoying nausea where I just had to keep snacking all day. It stopped (as far as I can recall) pretty suddenly at maybe 11 weeks.

This time, the nausea has been completely different. It comes on randomly but hits harder. Sometimes it will only be for a moment in time, sometimes a few hours. I crave only unhealthy things, mostly carbs like pizza or some breaded/fried (never grilled, apparently!) chicken.

I'm a little over 9 weeks and while my boobs still hurt and I can't eat my usual meals, my nausea seems mostly to have lifted the last few days and today I am less exhausted.

Of course, that makes me nervous something is wrong. Anyone else been in my shoes?
