Ex deciding not to return kid. Called police to conduct a wellness check. However the didn't want to get child returned.

I didn't make it clear to them that this clause is in my custody order:

"constables and peace officers are to do all such acts as may be necessary to enforce the terms of this order, and they have full power and authority to enter upon any lands and premises to enforce this order"

Doesn't this clause allow police to enforce the return of the child?

This is just one of many things my ex has done that are willful violations of the order.

The direct mail newsletter company I was using to send out to my past clients has stopped. It was Morris Real Estate.

Now I'm looking for a company who does newsletter or design.

Any suggestions or alternative ideas are welcome.

I live in an area with a very large untouched niche market.

There used to be some brokers that focused on this niche but they retired and the niche has remained untouched for a long time.

I want to create an IDX website that's going to capture leads for this. Nothing else.

I want something that's a good starting point for me to toy around with to start. Eventually I will put more $$ into it and hire a web designer.

I haven't had this thing for very long, but my batteries won't charge.

I have the smart charger that came with the RC car, I've tried different charging blocks, different cords, but no matter what it doesn't charge the batteries.

It seems at this point the only thing that could be causing the issues is the smart charger itself.

I have 3x batteries.
