So I was on subutex around 18 months ago. I reduced from 12mg to 0.2mg then came off it completely. That was in February this year, and had the worst 3/4 months of depression and anxiety I've ever had. Depression is still there a bit and anxiety, well I never knew what anxiety was until this stage of life! 46 year old male.

I felt I had no choice but to use again, so I used to get back to cgl to get back on subutex. So I've been on it since June I think. Started at 12mg again. Have reduced down to 10mg but not told my case worker yet "seems less contact this time"

So I'm just worried about it this time, and reducing it down. I do not want to be on it for life, but what are people's opinions about how long one should stay on it for?

So I originally got my pip text message on April 11th and got my phone appointment for 4th June. Now I don't sleep very well, if I get 4 hours then that's a good sleep for me. So I didn't sleep well the night before as was just going through my head constantly , so I ended up falling back asleep and missing my appointment.

Woke up half hour after my appointment time, rang them straight away and apologised and explained. They said they will get me another appointment.

So I got another message the same as the very first message saying they are managing my pip assessment June 22nd. Got another appointment for September 1st, had the appointment a few days ago and had the message today saying they have received the report .

Now if they decide I am entitled to pip "not holding my breath" do you think they will backdate it to the start of the original claim April 11th? I mean I explained everything regarding my sleep in my phone appointment a couple days ago, but I'm not holding my breath!

Looking for a android box which can play local files over network mainly 4k remux with full audio pass through to the avr.HDR and DV would also be a bonus. Thats what it would mainly be used for.. also a couple apps, IPTV app.. YouTube.

What do we have in the price bracket of around £100

##Update## Ordered the dune hd pro vision 4k. Upgrade on my zidoo z9s. And £170 from amazon.it delivered Thursday. So looking forward to setting it up.

Hi.so I've got a floor rising projector screen. Now I've had these marks going up every since I unpacked it, obviously something got stuck in the roller. It's not the worst. You can notice it when the screen rises but it's not that bad when I'm playing a movie..

I've tried to do the reset which the company suggested but it doesn't go high enough.

Anyone with a floor rising screen no a way to do it manually maybe? I'm just a bit scared also I'll mess it up more, or do something silly and make a hole in the material, and it costs me around £650 so not something I can just replace with ease!

I did ask the company wupro but they went silent on me.

Good upgrade from z9s? It's served me well for 4 years. Now time for a upgrade. 99% it's used for 4k remux local playback. Never had any issues playing local 4k from the z9s. So I'm thinking the extra ram and better processor it's my best choice. Currently bidding on one on eBay, have put a max bid in for 210, it's basically brand new but with some scuffs on the top of the box. Cheapest I've seen on AliExpress is around 320. I like the home theatre on the zidoo, have apple TV 4k for streaming. Unless any other suggestions out there for a better alternative and why?

So I had my mind made up to go to now TV.. currently paying 54 a month for sky entertainment with netflix and sky sports and sports + with atmos.snd UHD.

Rang them up to give me notice as my sky app gave me some sh#t offer of 76 a month, now I literally just watch sky sports and occasionally netflix.

Nice Indian man started with 64, told him no point mate, your not going to be able to get it down far enough for me to reconsider. He then said ok what about £57> I was like ok that will do, 3 quid more then I'm currently paying for the same package! Didn't expect him to come that far down.

Now TV did look attractive, but for 3 quid more a month on a 24 month month contract again, without the messing around of sending the box back ect.

What do you think guys and girls? Decent enough deal I thought?
